Hi all, well I am just going through my first cycle (still only in the second week) and I wonder if you can help. Started with deca and anabol and towards the end I'm gona use some glen. I'd like to ask on how to train? Hard everyday or what please suggest. Also I know that I must eat a lot but I don't want to put fat as well, any suggestions on this? Finally when should I expect to see any real results?
