hi everyone im new to this site so hows it going, i will be starting my first cycle and i have been reading alot of info so i think im ready first off i have been training for 4 years now my stats are 23 years old 86kg with 7% body fat 6 foot my diet is abot 4000+ cals and for the last 5 months i have not been gaining alot of muscle and my personal trainer i had said i have proberly reach my genetic limit so here is my plan
Week 1-12 test enth 500mg
week 14-17 pct 20 mg nolva a week
i have bought the test and have about 70 mil is that enough to last 12 weeks at 500mg a week? or help would be great.
