First Cycle?

I am 23 years old about 5'8 160 pounds lean but with abs, and have been lifting for about 2 years now pretty seriously, I eat very good atleast 160 grams of protein a day, I sleep good, and I am at the gym atleast 5 times a week comapred to a lot of people I know I am way more dedicated. I have seen good results naturaly and with creatine, considering that I used to be a very small kid, but I am starting to see less gains, and it kinda starting to get to me, I've been lurking and reading on this site for a while, and I read a lot about how so many people regret jumping into AAS the wrong way and wish they could go back and do it the right way with the expierence and knowledge that they have now. I am dedicated and do what it takes for best results, I want to still look solid and cut but I want to be bigger, I am also not to sure when to take everything because I want to have the best looking results for summer. I was thinking about doing 10-15 mg of Dbol 5 days on 2 days off for 10-12 weeks, what do you guys think? or should i just go with injections of regular test. I am ready for any flaming and criticism :chomp:
 
I'd say try manipulating your diet more. 160g of protein per is probably too low for you to make much gains now. You should be able to get to 200lbs naturally. IMO.
 
yeah but you want 200 pounds now. so intake 2 grams of protien per pound you weigh. i say start with one cycle of test enathat 250mg. 1cc every 5 days. count the day you shoot as a day. then after 1 bottle. (10 shots) go to 2cc every 5 days till done with that bottle then take break.
 
this will sort you out
test (any kind)500mg per week10 weeks
20mg of aromasin ed
dbol 30mg ed week1-4
when on the dbol get every thingand any thing then sort youre diet out cut down the cals and carbs up the protien and hit the treadmill
pct
dbol 5 on 2 off for 10week is not a good plant at all
 
it makes me laugh when people make blanket statements that "you" should be able to get to 200lbs naturally". Take this with a grain of salt....although everyone is entitled to their opinion. I would recommend to go as far as you can naturally and then do a simple test enanthate cycle only like "popcorn_playa" recommended with proper pct...you should be more than pleased with that..if you find you gain too much water you can throw some winny in there...IMO
My only bone of contention with some of the responses you might get from some bro's is they recommended doing multiple AAS, when you can simply do a test-only or winny-only and you will be pleased with the results....
