I would like to try something that is going to help me lose the weight. I am on a strict diet. I work out 5-6 days a week weight training and 3-4 days of cardio added. I currently tried Winstrol, now I am told to take Anavar + Winstrol. Is this a good weight loss program? What would you suggest, money is not a problem. Thanks for your help.

I'd say first, take a real good look at what you are asking and research more. "Lose weight" -- steroids are not fat burners. Also I assume you are more interested in bodyfat loss than "weight loss" -- weight loss could mean both fat and muscle are lost. Not good.

What was your experience w/ Winstrol? Who told you winstrol + anavar? No this is NOT a good "weight loss program". I very strongly suggest that you not look to steroids as your route to fat loss, but rather optimize your diet & training.

Can you start by listing your current stats, your goals, how long you've been training & dieting (i.e. your experience with the "fitness lifestyle"), what your current diet & training programs are and what you've accomplished with them so far. Then we can help give some more specific answers for you. Keep in mind that especially when a guy tells you that steroids will help you "lose weight", they can handle the testosterone. It seems to work better in general for them as opposed to for women because there is a different mix & proportion of hormones to deal with. That's why we have to be more diligent in our dietinig & training but also more careful and attentive to how we go about achieving our goals. I suspect we can find some ways to get you closer to your goals before you start looking to controlled substances to get there.

Welcome to the boards btw!

I have not been training that long 3-4 months. My husband has me eating carbs in the morning, no carbs after that. Mainly protein. We currently work out together 5-6 days/wk and cardio 3-4 days. I know I am new at this and fat loss takes time, I just am really encouraged by everyones pics here and cannot wait to look better and feel better about myself. My husband has worked out for 15 yrs and looks good, my on the other hand (let's just say my 2 kids and sports were my priority). Now I really want to feel better about myself and my image.

In my research I read that Anavar was good for getting rid of abdominal fat as well as visceral fat. Thanks for your help.

FYI - Please note that a majority of us here who've posted pics do NOT take any form of steroid......

Oh dear god.

Money is not a problem? Okay here is what you should do .....

1) Forget the steroids at this point. Working out for about 6 months and doing steroids right away is a PISS POOR idea. Steroids are not magic, steroids do not make you "lose weight", even Var, steroids are not the answer. Maybe try them after about 1-2 years of SOLID dieting and training.

2) Try reading the STICKIES up top for some guidance. Especially the one entitled "Links to Top Threads". There are dozens of links to help guide you with your basic questions.

3) Go to the grocery store or bulk market (Sam's Club, Costco, etc). Buy a shitload of chicken, lean red meat, turkey breast (not lunchmeat, the real shit), and eggs. Also, buy some oatmeal, potatoes, brocolli, asparagus and green beans. Then get some Flaxseed (oil or meal), Almonds, and Natty peanut butter. Don't forget some basic seasonings - lemon juice, Ms Dash, hot sauce, vinegar, etc.

4) Go to the supplement store, buy some high quality protein powder. Preferably Whey. Buy a BIG container, you will need it a couple times a day. But if money is no object, also get a protein blend in addition, such as whey and casein or egg. This blend you will use as nighttime shake. Make sure you always have this on hand.

5) Visit www.anabolicfitness.net. Buy some Glucorell-R to take with carb meals and cheat meals. Also look into Cardio Breeze and/or Thermorexin. Order these things regularly.

6) Sit down, and REALLY plan out a diet and training program. Use some of the posts here to help guide you. Set short term goals, as well as long term ones. You need to have an EXACT plan and really follow that plan.

7) RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH. Do not listen to (most) men when it comes to females and steroids. Most do not know their head from their ass. They mean well, but they do not realize that women can react 100% DIFFERENT than men do to the same compound. Winny is a shit idea for a female. And adding steroids at this point is a shit idea too. Not to mention STACKING STERIODS WHEN A PROPER DIET IS NOT IN PLACE - stupid.

Correct and please listen to what Sassy, Daisy and the others here have to say. Winny is going to "dry you out" giving you the deception you are losing, but it's just water, and vital water at that, in the muscles and tendons.....Winstrol on the other hand is NOT a good idea for a woman to take from a virilization standpoint alone. I have met IFBB pro's that have voice's deeper than mine, and we'll stop there. Glucorell (R-ALA) and some other ANAFIT products, but PLEASE lay off the roids..........

Sorry Sassy wife pointed me over here, thought I had to say something, let's get her moving in the correct and "safe" direction.

Var will do NOTHING of the sort, it's a steroid. It will allow you to maintain lean mass while in a calorie deficit. That caloric deficit is what reduces the visceral and subcutaneous fat in the body, while allowing muscle to remain. Not a magic bean, sorry.....
