Going to be starting first cycle next month. From what I have found test-e at about 250 a week for 10 weeks should get me good gains. I don't have any anti estrogen or pct lined up....do I need to for something as basic as what I'm doing? Was planning another cycle after Christmas and adding winny...figured precautions I'm taking for first cycle would apply then as well right?

Been lifting solid for last 20 months, took a break for about 2 yrs but before that since I was in junior high. My diet is pretty good, can always be better. I really just want to add some good solid mass.
