first cycle..

thanks everyone, i know I'm very light to be doing a cycle but thats why i wanna do a cycle to get to 170. I'm not trying to be huge, i just wanna look muscular in a normal tee. I'm listening to everyoens advice but i really just wanna hear How to do my cycle properly. thanks

First of all you have to know how to build muscle before going on a cycle. If you don't you will get absolutely nothing from it. Since you are only 150, it tells me you don't know how to eat right to build muscle. If you don't know how to eat the right things in the right amounts for growth, you will be very very disappointed with your cycle and everything you gain on cycle will be gone as soon as you come off.

Dbol must be taken every day if you run it. Not twice per week. 30mg per day is a normal dose.

And even with a great diet, the PCT you have listed sucks and is as bad as it gets so you would lose your gains anyways. You need a great PCT to retain your gains and recover post cycle like this:

this how it looks
Breakfast:
3 egg white omelet
5 egg whites boiled(30gram protein)
1 oatmeal bowl(10gram protein)
1 wheat bread piece with peanut butter


meal 2:
Cottage cheese with pineapple
tuna salad add light mayonnaise

meal 3:
chicken grilled with boiled broccoli
2 piece whole wheat bread

meal 4:
beef or chicken grilled or baked
brown rice and boiled vegis
salad

meal 5: Preworkout
Whey protein
1 apple/banana

meal 6: post workout:
1/2scoop whey protein 1/2 scoop casein protein
203- gummy bears

dinner:
salmon
broccoli
salad( olive oil dressing)

before bed:
casein protein
1 scoop peanut butter


iv been following this or something similar to this.
