Hello mates,
I'm new to steroids and probably gonna begin my 1st cycle in few days.. I'll add test to my next cycle for sure.
As per some research and help from the forum users, I've designed a cycle for myself hoping it works fine.
6 weeks cycle + 3 weeks PCT
Danabol: 1-2 10/10 (20 mg)
3-4 10/10/10 (30mg)
5-6 10/20/10 (40mg)
I believe 40mg is sufficiently enough to work on a 180lbs newbie.
Aromasin 1-6: 12.5mg Eod (to keep estrogen levels under control)
Will increase the dose in case of gyno (probably wont occur) or decrease if it barricades the desired effects.
Liv52 tablets 1-6: 3/3/3 (liver protection)
7-9: pct 3/3/3
Creatine: 10g/10g pre/post workout (forgotten hero)
10g on non workout days
PCT: clomid 1st week: 25/25/25/25 (100mg)
2nd: 25/25/25 (75mg)
3rd: 25/25 (50mg)
Forma Stanzol: 1st week: 3-5 pumps twice daily
2nd: 5-6 pumps
3rd: 6-8 pumps
(Don't really think the need to include forma during the actual cycle)
Liv52 tablets 1-3: 3/3/3 everyday
Testosterone booster for 6 weeks or more
And of course the must things during the complete cycle. . .
Water minimum 4 ltrs each day
Strict diet with minimum 4000 calories intake. Including isolate protein shakes and glutamine for recovery.
Workout : strength training 3 times a week on alternate days.
Cardio 3 times a week on non workout days to allow the heart to adapt for the new transform.
So guys do correct me wherever I'm doing a mistake. Suggestions n advices welcomed.
