[FONT="]yeah, i know. Wasnt that smart for my first cycle, but we all learn by our mistakes. I surely didnt see any side, due to the roids i got was 100% pure.[/FONT]

[FONT="]Bodyfat: 13%[/FONT]
[FONT="]Weight: 167 Lbs.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Max Bench: 200 lbs.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Max deadlift: 250 lbs.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Anyhow, i got a stomach flue, and was under my PCT cycle. Couldnt eat anything for 8 days. Felt bad about it, but shit happens. Lost 7 Lbs.[/FONT]
[FONT="]I am focussed now on what i should obtain before i start a cycle. PCT![/FONT]
[FONT="]I'm on a clean diet with high carb and protein intake. around 4000 cal each day.[/FONT]
[FONT="]My goal is to get more learn and of course, gain as much mass as possible.[/FONT]
