First cycle: Var, T-Bol, Sus 250

My plan is this:
40mg Anavar ED split doses 8 hours apart (first few days 20-30mg)
40mg T-Bol ED split doses 8 hours apart (same)
250mg/week of Sustanon 250

all for 8 weeks.
PCT: 50mg Clomid ED 4 weeks.

My stats:
Age 25
Weight 150lbs
Been working out 6 days a week for 9 months now.
Since I started exercising I have gone from a fat 177lbs to a lean and cut 150lbs. I believe I have done a good amount of research before making my plan, so let me say this: Yes, I know it is suggested that someone should not stack steroids on their first cycle. Yes, I understand that I should probably work out longer than 9 months before taking on this idea. Yes, I understand that I should change my diet and try to reach 170+ naturally before attempting this idea. Yes, I'm still doing this. Yes, I plan on changing my diet dramatically along with this cycle.

I have a very poor appetite which makes it hard for me to eat enough to gain much weight. I currently consume 200-250g a day of protein, but a large portion of that is from protein shakes and part of the idea behind this cycle is to increase my appetite enough to really pack on some pounds of muscle.

Enough though I have admitted that I am aware my plan might not be optimal according to common theories I am still open to suggestions now that I have decided to start my cycle and have prepared it. I have considered the risks and decided I am going to take them. If I have any real problems during my first cycle, I will immediately discontinue it. I plan on documenting my experiment and giving my thoughts on my experience, which should be interesting as I am admit-tingly making some common "mistakes" and other than the research I have done, as this is my first cycle, I really don't and can't know what I am getting into here until I get into it. For better or worse: here I go.

My plan is this:

40mg T-Bol ED split doses 8 hours apart (same)
250mg/week of Sustanon 250Up this to 500/week. 250 is just barley over HRT dose. In some cases that is an HRT dose.

Ok bro, you are really not going all that dramatically off the path here. So dont get yourself all freaked out.:)
Many many of us did our first cycle with one to two orals and test as the base.

Today was my first day of 20mg of both Anavar and T-Bol for the entire day. Going to continue this for 3-4 days before I start 40mg ED and take my first shot of sus250.

I am 5'10"
My average work out session lasts about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
I do biceps and triceps one day.
Then chest and shoulders the next.
Then back and legs the next.
Then I take a day off.
20-30 minutes of abs every other day.
and I try to get cardio in 3 times a week.

My diet plan is going to depend on my appetite increasing in this process. I am going to try to shoot for more real protein, as most of my protein right now comes from liquid shakes. I am going to try to eat 4-5 real meals a day, along with about 120g or more of protein shakes. I currently only eat about 2 decent meals a day (lunch and dinner) and use shakes to supplement protein. I plan to eat lean meats: chicken breasts, fish, turkey and "try" to pair them with healthy carbs. However, I plan on letting myself eat just about anything they serve at Dennys for breakfast as breakfast is a meal I generally skip or go very light on and am not very good at preparing it myself. I will be eating breakfast everyday on this cycle though.

I'll keep a list of how many meals, and what, I am able to consume along with how much extra protein I supplement on a regular basis. I'm not much of a nutritionist so my basic plan is to eat as much healthy protein and carbs as I possibly can, and I don't plan to count calories in my journal, or anywhere for that matter.

My goal is to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle in 2 months and to be able to keep 10+ of it for 3 months post cycle. I'd also like to avoid gaining so much in a short time that people around me become suspicious that I might be on steroids.

I could up the dose to 500mg/week on the Sus, I would have to place another order to do this, but it's not a problem and I can throw some more PCT in there. I am reading though the PCT link in your comment and it starts with an ad to sell PCT and I've found the first 4 pages of posts to not be very helpful and mostly are about how to receive discounts. What would you suggest as a stronger PCT? Considering if I were to move up to 500mg/sus250 a week which I think I will now. I'm very much open to following PCT advice.
 
Day 2 of taking 20mg Var and T-Bol total. Just trying to judge how my body reacts for a couple more days before upping the dose. The only thing worth mentioning is that I took my morning dose on an empty stomach with absolutely no discomfort. I will continue taking my first dose immediately upon waking.

I can't comment until I transition my dbol into the tbol and anavar, but hopefully it doesn't cause bloat or water retention in me. I'll be doing 100mg anavar and 60mg tbol for twelve weeks.
 
Ok I have started taking 40mg each of T-Bol and Var ED and just administered my first shot of 500mg Sus 250. I am considering taking the Sus shots every 5 days instead of once a week, because my supply would allow me to do that and still have a couple weeks left after running out of orals. I also have put in an order that doubles my supply of Clomid and got a couple boxes of Nolva too to add to my PCT. Just a quick update, will write more soon.

Also, @almost, that's considerably a larger dose than I am experimenting with. Whats your height/weight?
 
Well I guess I didn't do my first shot perfectly because my leg was in pain all day. I had a noticeable limp most of the day. I feel a bit better now but there is still soreness. I guess watching a couple youtube videos didn't make me a pro at this.
 
Workouts have definitely increased in intensity and I am up 4 pounds. This is the first time I have gained any weight in over 10 months. I do have weight shifts of a pound or two from day to day on occasion, but a 4 pound difference is enough to convince me I am gaining.
 
On your injections bro....
Heat that shit up before you shoot it. I just run hot water in the sink, put in the stopper and set the vials in there. Water not over the tops of the vials. Then after you inject massage the hell out of the injection site, no more pain!!
 
Seriously thanks man, I'll try that. I gotta do something to ease the pain of my first shot. That was seriously uncomfortable for a few days. Taking 2ml in one shot was probably a bad idea too. I am considering taking 2 shots of 1ml each now in two different spots and see if that helps.
 
It's basically the end of week one, going to do my second test injection tomorrow hopefully with less pain than the first. Strength has increased and so has weight and so far I am happy with my first week.
 
Just took my second injection about an hour ago. Did the whole 2ml shot in the glute and added the tips zedhed mentioned and so far I have had absolutely 0 pain, which is good because if I experienced pain like I did from my first shot I would of had to discontinue the sus off of this cycle. There may or may not be soreness in the morning but I can already clearly tell it's going to be a much better experience than last week. So far I feel I have done a good job with my diet in terms of getting myself to eat more and more often, however I can't say it is because of a real appetite increase, because I still feel like I am having to force myself to eat and I'm not really hungry. But I am forcing myself to eat plenty or as much as I can.

Also I wanted to add in here that I use a product for preventing and reducing stretch marks made by urban skintrition in areas that I know from past experience have been susceptible to stretch marks from working out. I haven't seen many posts related to stretch mark prevention, but I did know it was going to be an issue I needed to address. If someone knows of a better method to address this or has suggestions then please let me know.
 
Just curious bro have you done your BMR calculations etc?
 
Zed, according to my scale I need to eat 2770 calories to maintain my current weight. I haven't been very good at counting or tracking calories, but I have been finding ways to get as many calories as I can in since I started this cycle. I am now up 12 pounds. There is very noticeable difference in the appearance of my muscles and there is without a doubt a very nice "hardening" effect going on. I am watching very close for signs of gyno, and there doesn't seem to be any added sensitivity (other than them being sensitive from me checking them), however my girlfriend pointed out last night that my nipples look "big". So it's something I am monitoring very closely. I have nolvadex on hand, and at what point would I become concerned and begin taking it and possibly discontinue the test? Obviously if something is really wrong then I'll become concerned and stop on my own, but I was wondering what amount of sensitivity if any is acceptable and could be overlooked during a cycle?
 
Your BMR is 2700 calories mate and you stated earlier you hadnt gained weight in over 10 months ? /facepalm
 
Actually I lost a little less than 30 pounds over the last 10 months. Mostly weight I gained by consuming a 12 pack of beer every evening over an extended period. By cutting out the alcohol and adding in daily exercise I was able to drop down to 150, now I'm at 162, up 12 lbs since starting this cycle and haven't gained one inch to my waist line with the added 12 lbs. I also decided to take 10mg of Nolva today and try doing that for a few days and see how my nipples are reacting, right now I'm not even sure if it's a problem or just all in my head, but I decided just to be safe and run the nolva for a peroid of time.
 
Bro I would use Aeromasin over Nolva. Most peeps on here way prefer the Aeromasin or Arimidex to Nolva.
 
I guess the biggest hurdle there is that I don't have a supplier with Arimidex. Nolva and Clomid were basically just what I got by default because it was the only options at my disposal. In the future I will keep an eye out for that, but for now I have plenty of nolva and clomid and access to more if needed.

Sorry for not having any updates this week. I am currently up in weight to 171 from my starting point of 150 just 3 weeks ago, however I am certainly not losing any body fat and I need to tweak my diet some because I am in fact gaining both muscle and fat. I am very happy with my results so far. My strength is through the roof. My sex drive is going crazy and my side effects seem very low so far. I have taken 10mg of Nolva for 3 days then upped it to 20mg the past two days and I believe that my nipple sensitivity is starting to leave. Other than a little nipple sensitivity and a deepening of my voice, I haven't noticed myself with any side effects, plus I don't mind the deepening of my voice.

In terms of strength, after every workout I am adding more weight after resting and getting back into the gym. New strength gains every time I go to lift again. I hope the rest of the cycle continues this way and that I am able to tweak my diet to maybe drop some fat and lean down while maintaining and hardening the muscle I have now. I really don't want to gain another 20 pounds in the next month, so I am going to make some changes and try to lean down with a very low carb high protein diet.

Does Var or Tbol cause a surge in Blood Pressure? This is something I haven't heard of before, and after nearly a month I haven't felt the effects until the last two days - but it could easily be the Clenbuterol which I just discontinued for a two-week 'beta recharge.' Thanks :)

PS: I am of course taking my Need 2 Guard, but the past couple days I have been so run down and lethargic, it is mind boggling.

I'm having an off day today where I do feel more tired than usual and I took a nap where I was sweating. So I am considering breaking my routine and not working out this afternoon or maybe just a light work out.
 
Any and all AAS can and will affect BP. You need to be drinking at least a gallon of water per day when on. And keep that BP monitered.
Good that you are taking the N2Guard as that keeps the toxins from building up in your bod.

Yeah Bro! Make sure your eating enough of the right foods Usually when I have had BP issues while on was because of water intake or not enough of the right foods. I use a website called Fitday.com as well as alot of other people on EF to figure out your BMR and give you an idea of what your getting out of the foods your eating. It helped me out alot bro. Good luck
