First cycle test only

Hey guys,

I'm a fair way off starting a cycle and just after a bit more info before deciding if I'll do it. Thinking about a test only cycle for 12 weeks, from mates I've spoken to they have suggested 250mg a week for weeks 1-4 and then bump to 500mg for weeks 5-12. Will this give much results as I see a lot of people stack on top of this?

Lifting for 4 years training for 10 years.
Diet is sound.
Working on a PCT.

Any help you can give would be great!

I think 250-300 is good the entire cycle. No need to ramp it up. Just pick cyp or enan and let it fly. Make sure you have an AI and pct set up. Let us know if you want examples.

+1...no need to re-invent the wheel. I'd go 300-350 mgs/week but pick one dose and stick with it.

Got BF check about 5 weeks ago and was at 13%.

Ive had a look at both AI and PCT but there seems to be a fairly wide range, any suggestions would be appreicated though.
 
13% is a decent place to start. Any higher than 15% and I'd advise against it. As the high bf you are, the more likely you'll be prone to estrogen sides.

AI you are looking at arimidex (Adex) or aromasin. I get a Adex from my doc for TRT but bought aromasin for my blast. From all of my research aromasin is superior. 12.5 mg eod is a starting point. From there you may need less or you may need more.

Pct should consist of clomid and nolvadex and last 4 weeks long. Start pct about 10 days after your last test injection (some do a week after, some wait 2 weeks).
Clomid: 50/50/25/25
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
That's mg per day for that week. That's a pretty standard pct. nothing too crazy but enough to get the job done.

You are out of your mind if you think low test means cutting and high test means bulking. 300 does not equal cutting and 500+ does not equal bulk.

I gave a perfect pct. You are overloading on the clomid.
More DOES NOT always mean better. That goes for gear, pct, and pretty much everything.

"Bulking" and "cutting" is done in the kitchen. Yes compounds help. But 300mg test and a surplus of calories = bulk. 300mg test and a deficit of calories = cut.

You're feeding bad information about the quantity of compounds and should really do some more research for yourself.

A first cycle should always be test only and you should never use more than what is needed. Some people have gone a dozen cycles and have never gone over 500mg test. Start off the correct way and slowly build from there.

this is crap advice.... you should use less aas when bulking and let the food do the work.
i think for most people 4-500mg ug test is a good first cycle. and 3-400 of pharma test

300 mg is perfect starting dose he is 180 lbs not a 250 lb guy and 500 is overkill for a guy that has virgin muscles and fresh receptors to soak up that test

The issue is that many guys get this standard bro science thinking that 500 mg is a start dose and it needs to be run to see anything that's fucking bull shit!!


300 mg is perfect start dose !! Now if u suck at training and can't eat worth a shit u will need 500 mg and still then u prob won't see shit ! But if u are using gear as a "aid " for ur physique how it should be ran then 300 is gold

I can still gain on 300 and have been doing this for years at 220 9%bf if I can gain on 300 then a guy that has never done test can 100%

The issue is most guys can't train worth a shit and eat a fuck load of crap going out on weekends to drink and party this why they do 500 and it's not a aid it's the base of there whole regime !!

Test cycle is supposed to be a little help to get ya past a slow point in ur fitness journey not to make the gains for ya

If u can't gain a good amount on a first test cycle at 300 mg a week ur smoking crack !!!!!

U need to evaluate ur diet and training cuz something sucks tranny dick in ur protocol !!!

Lift like a gun is to ur head and eat clean all day long

Ur gonna grow plain and simple

300 mg clean and hard work is the way to go

Save the bigger doses when ur 230 and need it to maintain and or grow a bit

It's a life long commitment in the fitness game to see killer results it takes years and when u start gear u want to start low and is ur self room to grow!!
