First cycle suggestions?

To help your liver enzymes, try Tyler's Liver Detox. It works wonders and many guys here on the board have found it to be helpful. I've taken it myself when I took acne medication awhile back and it's a good product.

As for cutting up and putting on muscle -- you are at a perfect age where you should naturally be able to do so WITHOUT gear. What is your routine now? More importantly, what is your DIET like now?

If you're diet consists of 40-50% protein a day and you're doing a 3-4 day training split in the gym and seeing gains in lifts but not gains in body mass... maybe it's time to read more and learn more about gear. But I know a ton of guys in that 19-25 age range (I'm 27) who were skinny as hell coming out of high school and then they put some serious time into the gym and into how they track their lifts and into how they prepare their food... and WHAM, they are now HUGE. :)

You can make it happen -- but I think you should be more detailed in your training and diet methods first before you jump to gear. You're near the age too where your body JUST passed the threshold where, if you start up on gear now, you may not grow anymore. I'm sure most guys by 19 are full-grown height, but some aren't, which is why it's riskier when younger. Don't want to stunt your frame anymore!
 
You have alot more to learn about training and nutrition before even thinking about gear. Post up your training and diet.They're plenty of people to help you with that on this board.
 
You try Silimarine? or more powerfull suplements like Tunik ( A. L - Metionina p.)
and Biletan (tioctic acid)

I'm telling you you really can make solid gains with creatine, and a good diet, and hard routine. At your age you should be hitting every muscle at least once a week.
 
hey it's great you want to get in better shape and all but wtf are you thinking about gear for at your age. your bodies still in the growing stage and with all the extra test your making you should have no problem with a clean diet and proper vitamins and maybe some amino acids. for that liver problem your having hit the health food store and get some milk thistle to level your liver out. and before you go near any gear do some more research your at the best web site on the web use it the right way and you'll get the results you so desire.FMT
