First cycle pre contest bulk/cut

Why are first cycles being so complicated? First off, 5 9 161lbs is small, I wouldn't recommend a cycle to anyone at this weight. Eat and train like a beast!

Second, a Test only cycle for a first cycle will get you amazing results...

i agree bro but he is a mens physique competitor i think he is looking for a smaller more aesthetic look but also dry and grainy.

Yea I hear ya dude, I think even if he is in great shape which I'm sure he is I would just be careful. Mast is great for lean people and this would def be a benefit but it's also his first cycle...just being an old grandpa is all lol

thats why i think he should do 8-10 weeks of test only so he can get a feel for that cpmpound then bring mast and var in, in the last 6-8 weeks before the contest.
 
Thanks guys some people recommended a longer ester test for the bulking part and switch to prop for cutting, is that a good idea?
 
Ill bulk 10 weeks and cut 8. Bulk would be sust,tren,eq & deca. Cut would be Test prop, Tren a, eq, masterone, clen or t3. Stop test 3 weeks prior. Start anadrol to get fullness

Sounds awesome man.

If you really wanted to stay full I'd use some humalog (pretty sure that's fast acting insulin, if not the other one is humalin, ones fast acting one slow acting) post workout with your meal and shake to flush the nutrients Into the muscle faster.
