Sup guys, I assume.you are all well educated in this field so I thought Id come here for some advice...
Stats 21 yrs
173 lbs (currently cutting...shredded brah)
lifting for 3.5 + or so years
Thinking of running test e and some dbol next off season..a little about myself so u get the picture..im a competitive amateruer raw powerlifter whos wanting to get to the bodybuilding scene... My training the past year or so has been mainly power based...
April 2012 stats
198 lbs
Bench max 310 paused
Squat max 425 ( yeah buddy would link u my plifting results page but im sending this from my.phone)
deadlift max 485 lbs
Anywho I started dieting in May 2012 in hopes of doing.a natty show in november but (has anyone here ran smolov squat cycle..its a russian pl routine..lets just say that my knee coukdbt handle it and I ended up messing up my knee in Feb. But that injury played a role in losing my leg mass.. so the weight drop from 198 - 173 is mainly fat loss and some water but do wanna say that due to the knee injury couldnt keep my.leg mass..........which is a big reason why I wanna do another natty clean bulk...get my legs back to its old self and THEN run some test..that whole reach ur genetic peak talk....so should I wait it out and run AAS after I heal 100%and build legs back of just run this winter as I am all leaned out. ?
btw ive been reading alot and im in no rush to get on the gear... I have several links at the gym...some guys I train with that are on the gear are telling to go on others say to wait it out as I am progressing well already... i just wanna compete..i do lift religiously if u know me you know its " gym diet diet gym" i dont take this as a joke..lifting is mypassion ...
