FIRST CYCLE, please help need info

hey, i will soon be starting my first cycle.

i have 100 5 mg tabs for dianabol
and 5 vials of 200 mg deca
and 20 25 mg tabs of proviron.


my questions are this.

what should my cycle look like? i was thinking 4 or 5 weeks. preferabley 4... so what should my dosages be for each week?

Also,

4-5 weeks on these with us of proviron...is proviron enough to avoid gyno???

and lastly, what kind of gains can i expect from this? and will they stay or will i lose nearly all of it?

You don't have enough gear to make a cycle work. Even if you did, that gear on first cycle looks like bad news bears. I would look at some test for a first cycle. dbol you are just gonna bloat. you will get fat, get deca dick and then feel like a jackass.

lol thanks for the info. grr this is all i can get my hands on atm is there anyway to make this work? if not ill just wait for test but if theres a way that i could get something out of this id like to do so
 
like everyone else said, don't start until you have everything you need (INCLUDING P C T stuff!)
 
ok, what would everyone reccomend for my first cycle? and what for pct as well. i've heard just test as a first cycle, should i do that?

hey bro, 250mg of test a week for 10 weeks is more than enough AS LONG as your diet and training is spot on. being a low dose/length cycle clomid only P`C`T is fine, start clomid 2 weeks after last test shot at 50mg ED for 20-30 days. get your diet and training dialed in, get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water and enjoy
 
just test is good. most say 500mg a week for about 10 weeks have an anti-e on hand and some hcg for pct. you can run the hcg along the cycle at 500 iu's x2 a week then follow up with clomid or tamoxifen for 4 weeks, or just do hcg 500iu's a day 2 weeks after last shot for 3 weeks along with clomid or tamoxifen for bout 6 weeks. clomid dose looks like this week 1=150mg ed week 2=100mg ed week 3-6 50mg ed. or i just do tami's for 6 weeks 20mg ed with hcg.

why why why??? once again there is no need for this high of a dose of clomid, once again this is the main reason most people complain and whinge about clomid sides, stick to 50mg ED for 20-30 days and you will be fine
 
going above 50mg of clomid has been proven to do nothing for you. aside from that, what is your diet like bro and your stats. all of that is very relevant, the type of cycle you decide on does not matter
 
I ran it like tkis 1st time round and i was fine with sides I followed advice from a vet in my gym and thought it was a good way, like i sead i recovered fine with no sides. now i just use tamoxifen 20mg a day all the way.
 
you can easily gain more naturally. how old are you. 178 is light for that high of bf at that height. still if you must do it i highly reccomend using test for your first cycle with dbol. i would not use deca. steroids are not magic

just wondering why the change from clomid to nolva if you recovered fine on clomid with no sides?

sry i was a little off on my stats the first post, i just weighed myself and those were from the beginning of summer i've gained since. and yeah i could probabley gain more naturally. i'm 22.

you can bro as long as your diet is in check along with you training. whats your diet and training schedule look like?

training is:

mon-sat chest- 2 days back& shoulders-2 days bi's and tri's-2 days

diet is around

2,500 - 2,800 calories a day and about 150 grams of protein

eat a lot of tuna, chicken, roast beef and etc
and usually 1 or 2 protein shakes a day

ok, first of all start training legs and you will put on weight. also start eating around 4000 cals a day. have a protein shake morning, after workout and before bed.
try this for a protein shake (not before bed tho):
1 cup oats
1 bannana
30-50grams protein powder
1 tbl spoon ANPB
2-3 cups of skim milk

blend and enjoy

my sorce is over priced and tamoxifen at that dose is like £30 cheaper and still dos the trick and I have a lil gyno prob I find the tamoxifen takes away the sornes and puffynes. other then that i dont realy have a reason.
 
start eating a lot of meat man, 1.5 to 2 lbs of chicken every day. i put on 22 lbs of lean mass like that at 6 3 175 7-10%bf, shredded. i have a 6 6 armspan so its very hard to put on mass, it was all in diet. i tried all the powders and shakes and what not. nothing is like food. watch your white breads and pastas, stick with brown and wheat. eat as much damn steak chicken and fish as you can. i eat at least 16lbs of combined salmon, tilapia, steak and chicken every week. i used to be stuck at 165 or so never gained, wasted juice trying to get big, eating 2500 cals is never gonna put an ounce of muscle on you, and i am freakishly low bf. it was not fat. you need at least 4000-5k cals ed and about 300g of protein ed. clean cals too. no fast food, your body doesn't want that. if you wanna grow eat. come back when you are 195 10%, or post your diet up each day and stick to it. then hop on a cycle. otherwise you'll waste a bunch of juice like i did, and reinforce the fact that people jump into roids for a quick fix, which is not what they are for. shit i am not a pro athlete so i really think deep down i don't have any business doing them, but at least i know that i am using them for what they are meant. balls to the wall training and eating like a beast. sleep is a big thing as well man, you need rest and don't overtrain. this site is just becoming very newbish again and no one is telling these guys that you don't just hop on roids cause you are stuck when you are barely getting in 2500 cals. try doing 5k cals one day. i bet its harder than any workout you have ever done. then you can start to appreciate what it takes to get the look you want. cause lets be honest you won't get it if you just hop on now and continue your schedule. deca is the most calorie dependent steroid there is. you can not gain off of it unless you eat. so 2500 on that will do nada. not being a dick but i want you to get the best results. take care and eat up bro
 
eat eat eat! i rushed into my first cycle by not getting all gear at same time but lucky it all came few day late. dont make that mistake it better to wait do your research u always have time. but for first cycle do test only cycle see how your body react with the side effects that way u know what to expect in the future and be better prepared with stronger stuff.
