first cycle pct plan after 12 weeks of test Enanthate

Hi Everyone,

This is my first cycle and ive read quite a bit about the test cycle and pct plan and i was just wondering if the pros could weigh in on my plan, I have already started the test cycle and am in week 10 so please dont suggest changes to that, i am just looking for the perfect pct plan.

I am doing a 12 week testosterone Enanthate cyle, and my gonads have shrunk big time.

I have already done the test and am in week 10 so please so not comment on the test dosage, just the pct plan, thank you

Test Cycle for 12 weeks
start . end . total time . Quantity/Drug
Week 1 Week 4 (4 weeks) 500 mg Test Enanthate
Week 5 Week 12 (8 weeks) 600 mg Test Enanthate


PCT Cycle
start . end . total time . Quantity/Drug
Week 13 Week 15 (16 days) 2500iu every other day for 16 days
Week 16 Week 17 (2 weeks) 40mg nolva, 150mg Clomid
Week 18 Week 19 (2 weeks) 20mg nolva, 100mg Clomid
Week 20 Week 20 (1 week) 20mg nolva, 50mg Clomid

You don't need more the 350 a week of test.

Here's a set up for ya:
1-12 test e 350mg (175mg mon 175 thurs)
1-12 aromasin 12.5mg eod (increase to Ed if needed)
3-10 hcgenerate (optional but highly recommended as it would definitely benefit you to use it)
10-14 hcg 1000iu a week
Pct:
15-18 torem 90/60/60/30
15-18 unleashed
15-18 forged post cycle
15-20 formastanzol 10 pumps daily
15-18 d-aspartic acid 3g ed
 
I have already done the test and am in week 10 so please so not comment on the test dosage, just the pct plan, thank you

Say this was a longer than recommended cycle with high doses and harsh drugs, ud approach it differently than a simple 500mg test cycle

Bro chill out. To clarify I was saying use my pct layout and it still applies for his test dosage.

On a side note If he was running deca the only thing that would be different is clomid would be in there rather then torem and maybe a stronger natty test booster like Phytoserms or methyl eaa. Also caber would be included on cycle and in pct

im so lost, this pct is waaay differant than what i guessed......i havent hear of half this stuff.....no nolva or clomid?......could you suggest one with nolva clomid and hcg or at least an applicable one with some of these items?

I told you when to use hcg, weeks 10-14 at 1000iu a week. You then start pct in week 15

Torem is superior to Nolva or clomid but if you can only get clomid then run clomid 15-18 50/25/25/25 rather then torem.

You can get formastanzol and forged post cycle at mrsupps.com

You can get unleashed at proteinfactory.com

You can get d-aspartic acid anywhere really just make sure you take 3g every day
 
You don't need all those products. Your original pct is fine but 150 clomid daily seems a bit high. 100 is probably enough. Also your hcg dose looks a bit excessive but I'm not experienced with hcg use. Just looks high from what I've seen others use.

This is your first cycle - stick to the tried and true clomid/novla pct with hcg kick if you want it. If it messes with you or doesn't work, then next time you can try some of those natty products. It should work just fine though. Also I think 500-600 mg of test is a perfect dose for a first cycle. Some around here will say go lower but I don't agree.

That fact that you would recommend anyone use over 50mg of clomid at once docks any credibility you may have had before this.

^^^ Lol at this typical EF bro science answer. If you think anything over 50 is too much, then feel free to say that...but why be such a dick about it?

My advice is give on personal experience, not what I read here or elsewhere. If my credibility is lost by posting what I have have had success with (and many others I know personally), then I don't want any of said credibility. Isnt that what forums are for? posting personal experience to others' questions? or, is it just to say what everyone else says so you can look good for all the good ol boys?

I use 100 the first week, and 50 in the following weeks. 50 from the start may work for some, but 100 the first week has always worked better for me. That is my opinion on personal experience - if that opinion now has zero credibility, so be it.

It's not bro science. Clomid has a half life of 5-7 days. The reason people say you need to take that much clomid is so it will build up in your system when in actuality it will build up in your system very quickly even at 25mg a day due to its long half life.

And I'm being a dick because i don't take lightly to people giving outdated bad advice to people new on the scene.
 
Clomid at any dose above 25mg is crazy. I have heard people taking upwards of 100mg that started having issues with their eyesight. So be careful with that.

Well consider me put my place. Im not a dr, and neither you....so it can only be based on what works for the individual. Ill stick with what works for me and will advise the same to anyone who asks. The flavor of the week changes around here often depending on what products are being pushed at the time, so I'm sure this boards opinion will change........ The tried and true will remain the most effective. Remember novla used to suck and now it's awesome....how many times did I hear that using novla was outdated, bad advice. Just like u said above about my advice. Now everyone loves novla again...... now where is that roll eyes emoticon.....

I got no beef with you bro just take it easy on the attitude we are all just here to share experiences, debate, and learn. I don't see why we all can't do that with our egos on the sidelines.

I mean that's fine that you 'heard' that, but what is your personal experience with clomid / novla use? I'd be more curious to hear that if you would share? That would be valuable information for the discussion. Not being a smart ass, I'm genuinely interested in your personal experience.

Also - eyesight issues are no joke. Which is why I get so bothered by the way s4 is pushed around here considering the eye sides.

I still say Nolva is garbage and will never recommend it to anyone, my opinion remains fairly consistent on what i recommend using if you want to go through all my posts you are more then welcome to.

My apologies for getting a little spun up I just took your posts in a different way then you meant them now that I go back and read them a little more closely.

Yeah no worries - i wasnt saying you, personally, are a waffler on your advice. Just that in general around here......Well, im sure you know what im saying. Good for you sticking with your guns re: the great novla debate.


End of the day we are all different and what works for some doesn't work for others. Research can only get you so far; trying them out is the true test for the individual.

Hahaha the great Nolva debate, that's clever.

I'm a firm believer in toremifene myself over Nolva or clomid. I'm hopefully gonna get a write up comparing the different serms up at some point but doing a write up like that takes a lot of time and research.
 
I havnt tried torem but I have heard others who like it a lot. Might have to give it a go myself sometime to see how it compares. Thanks bro

Bro you and i are on good terms but the flavor of the week comment is bull shit... Im the one that brought to light that there was a lot of misinformation about nolva because i found there most definitely was misinformation being passed around and i even humbly admitted the mistake and provided more accurate info... I even had a mass pm sent not only advocating its use but explaining how to properly use it... That has NOTHING to do with pushing products my friend... Thats about looking out for everyone...

Im sorry you dont feel a full and extensive pct is necessary and thats your opinion but i most definitely disagree... While incorporating nolva and clomid is an important part of pct it is not sufficient for a full recovery... Most will have many side effects dosing clomid that high... Maybe not all but more than not... The addition of other products in pct like unleashed /post cycle, and aromasin allow for an optimal recovery recovery, little to no side effects and more keepable gains... I recommend an extensive pct for this

I'm not speaking specifically about the novla thing, and definitely was NOT intended as a shot at you bro. It was just an example.

I respect you a lot and lets just leave that one be.

As for the full PCT - I do respect your opinion which is why I tried the full pct on 2 different occasions. I get no results from the natty products. I'm glad to hear they work for some bros but they just don't for me. I'm fine with that; because as I said, everything works for everyone differently.

well the headache is that i live in canda and whenever we order products they always take forever to ship, then they get stuck in customs......and im in week 11 so i have only a week or so to sort this stuff out
 
Could anyone with good knowledge of a pct plan pm? Im running test e 300. Can i get the proper dosage and what to run with the cycle please? Also provide a very good pct plan. thank you.
