first cycle, open to suggestions

i am 22, 6'2" rite around 200 lbs. and 8%bf
goals, 220 lbs. and 7-8%bf im already prety lean just want to stay about the same bf%
i have a prety high metabolisim so i have to eat alot of calories to maintain weight, i eat 5-6 meals a day (most of them are clean meals but some ar not)
iv been training naturally for over 5 years now and im starting to slow down alot as far as gains in muscle

what i had in mind was..
500mg sustanon a week for week 1-10
50mg a day of dianabol for the first 3 weeks (weeks 1-3) to kick off the cycle
50mg of clomid twice a day week 11, 50mg clomid once a day week 12
10mg nolvadex twice a day week 11, 10mg nolvadex once a day week 12

also concidering some clenbuterol during the pct

how does that look for a first cycle?

open to suggestions

dbol is going to make you look fat and bloated fool

if you want to keep your 'bf in that low single digits

jsut do Sust 500mg a week for 10 weeks

stay away from the clen save it for when your experienced

and use it in a cutter not a BULKER

you could run the dbol too but its not going to make you look lean as fuck like you do right now

everyone is gonna tell you test bro...500mg enanthate or cypionate. 10-12 weeks...pct
Thats a great first cycle....personally I ran 500mg test enanthate and 600mg EQ...still the best cycle i ever ran results wise
 
ditch the sust and go with test e as u will be waistin extra money for no reason IMO
ditch the dinabol..try a test only cycle first seems the advise every major board advises as a first cycle and was my first cycle also
 
drop the nolva. run the clomid at 50mg ED straight thru, no need to use more than 50mg unless you like sides
 
sust 500mg is awesome, ull love it for a first cycle, mine was 250mg of sust and 25 mg of dbol, dbol does not make u fat its water weight and great for dieting, keeps u large while ur cutting, the bulk is mainly water that ull lose when u come off cycle, id say run 500mg sust and 25mg dbol for first time, do this and ull love it, trust me, what brands u using?
 
hey bro, you gotta good idea going with the test, I"d run at least 500 mg per week for 10-12 weeks, and there is nothing wrong with running the dbol for the first 3 weeks, by the middle of your cycle and towards the end you will loose most of any water retention from the dbol anyway; just don't forget to use an antiestrogen like adex at .5mg ed or letro at .5 mg ed or oed to keep the bloat down.

what kind of results do yall think i could expect from a 10 week cycle of sustanon or test enanthate?
 
ditching the dbol is a bad choice, keep it and lower the dose to 25mg, dbol makes u wanna work out hard 24/7, makes me a fuckin mad man

Ok, I'm gonna be different here... if your gains are slowing down at age 22, then something's not right...your natural test levels (provided that they're "normal") are still pretty high and you can benefit from that still... how much is "alot of calories"? what are your workouts like now? First and foremost, you probably have to increase calories.... if you want to grow, you have to be willing to put on even the unwanted kind of weight... you're not gonna gain 20lbs of clean muscles without gaining some fat... just not gonna happen. My suggestion is to adjust your diet and maybe even your training routine... lift heavier, less reps, etc.... Try this for a couple more years and then consider A A S...probably not what you want to hear, I know...

dbol sides are to much for a first cycle ..if its your first cycle u should see how your body reacts to injection roids before throwin in orals in the mix ..
 
im still making gains in the gym just not as big of gains as id like.
i take in around 4500 to 5000 thousand calories a day (usually more toward 5000) i understand i will not strait gain 20 lbs of lean muscle aand im willing to put on some bad weight along the way, (hints the dianabol) i just want my end result to be 20 lbs of lean muscle.

im a certified personal trainer through several companies and my workout partner is also a trainer with many more years of training experience than i have. so i think my workouts and form are ok
 
ok, so you have some knowledge/experience under your belt.... that's great... it's just that it would suck for you mess around with your natural hormone levels, etc. so early in your life.... I know how it feels to want to get big fast... patience is crucial in this game... just my 2 cents

I agree here with njmuscleguy. Unless you're looking to compete and want to go far with the sport of bodybuilding, you should get your diet and training in check and learn how to grow and cut natuarlly before you go the way of the gear. It's not a magic pill like many thought it would be. In the end, even with juice, diet and training and rest is the key.
