Ive been training normal / muscle contact very carefully almost 3 years now. so I know what im doing when im training and the strength is excellent!
I just dropped from 22% bodyfat down to 16% now from 84kg to 77kg and I think im ready to do my first cycle in my life.
So I really need help to what is the best first cycle that I will gain and get ripped meanwhile after im done with the cycle I dont lose so much off it?
although I have Low blood pressure I hope it doesnt do anything if I use steroids?
anyways I need a good answer off what steroids I should go as first cycle and those other stuff I need so I dont get any bad side effects , gyno ,kidney etc or what ever
and a good diet plan would be nice ? like what should I eat when im on my first cycle? low carbo..etc?
