I don't know where this 500mg week test cycle is a good place to start started but my opinion is its rubbish. So a current natural lifter goes straight for 500mg, each is entitled to there opinion so mine would be don't overwhelm yourself it's a marathon not a sprint and you don't know how you will react to the compound. I would use sustanon first at 250mg, nothing else. 10 weeks, re assess how you went have a break and go from there.
