First cycle!! Need a little info

Hi, I'm going to be doing my first cycle here in a few weeks and I've been doing a lot of research about all my options. I've decided to do.

Test E or Test C at 500mg/week

The only thing is I'm still deciding if I should get tren too? Or just do a test cycle first. I've talked to a few people and they said I should get estrogen blockers and then get a PCT. What would you recommend for the PCT clomid or proviron or arimidex? And what would be a good estrogen bloker?

I've been going on and off in the gym sense 2007 I've been a full time wrestler sense 2007 that's why I hit the gym but for about a year now I've been going to the gym 5 days a week for about and hour to a hour and a half.

I'm 6'0 150lbs

My diet is normal I eat about 3,000- 4,000 calories a day and take protein once a day and a weight gainer twice a day.

My plan is to gain a lot of mass and strength.
 
Age ? And if u don't mind diet ?

I put up a sample meal plan that can help with mass for ya
It's between ur caloric needs

I can give advice on gear but
Before I do wanna make sure ur diet is on point and ur not to young

The last thing I want to do is give advice on a cycle and someone have a horrible diet and suffer from blood pressure issues and all other sorts of side effects due to poor diet

You'll be amazed just with a poor diet on gear how it can affect your body high sodium levels horrible fats all that stuff plays a key role don't want your cholesterol levels be an all jacked up blood pressure through the roof and all your other organ suffering because of your diet just trying to get a good general idea of how to best approach this
 
At 6 ft 150 u need to follow a better diet
What did u start at weight wise in 2007?


I'm 18, my starting weight in 2007 was 75lbs weight class for wrestling.

My diet is mostly meat but I do not watch the nutrition facts. I've tried eating more and more and I've taken advice from guys at my gym but I can't get over the 150 mark.
 
How about you do this going to the dissection look on the sticky for the bulk meal plan forgot they can gain weight and try that plan for four weeks...

At your age I would not recommend any kind of cycle because your hormone levels are already high and less you have some kind of issues with hypergonadism

Taking gear at this age would do you a huge disservice to your endocrine system

Try the diet and lift hard I assure ya u will gain

I was 150 at one point and I managed to get above that but it takes work

Trust me when I say the last thing u wanna do is cycle best anabolic is good food!!

Key is good food
That plan has it all for ya

If u want it simple eat the same shit everyday !!
