first cycle log!!

Hello everybody, I recently started my first cycle(2 pins deep;) decided to log my stuff in learning purposes see what others have to say about it, hopefully get some knowledge.
So little stats,I am 24 yo before cycle I was 5'9, 174lb main lifts were bench 225, squat 315, Dead 380, training I was using linear periodization style routine for my main lifts. Diet is pretty spot on, I don't really go out, I am just focused on training, my goal physique would be just little bigger but as lean as men's physique competitors look like. I started pinning about a week ago. My cycle is very simple I decided to go easy on the first one,
Week 1-12 test e 500mg
Week 1-6 tbol 50mg first 2 weeks then 60 for the last 4.
Arimidex I see no bloat or estro sides at .75mg eod.
Will start pinning HCG next week 500iu a week split into 2 shots up until PCT
Planning pretty standard pct clomid/nolva 2 weeks after last test shot.I think that's all. Let me know your thought
 
Today was a leg day. Felt awesome on a heavy Squat instead of trying to hit PR squated 310 for 6 reps.
3 sets pyramid up till 310 then 3 sets down.
Leg press 15-12-10-8 pyramid up in weight and on 5th set eccentric movement 1 second up 4 down for 15 reps with starting weight.
Front Squat 2-20.
Walking barbell lunge 3-30 steps.
Standing ham curl in extension machine 3 sets of 3 rest pause sets.
Leg extension slow controlled
4-10.
first meal 2 cups steel cut oats tbs of pb, handful of blueberries, cup of egg whites one yolk.
Snack pwo scoop of protein powder and a banana.
Meal 3 cup of brown rice and 250g of extra lean ground beef one broccoli.
Meal 4 one medium yam and a chicken breast.
Snack 2 protein shake some almonds.
Meal 5 brown rice tuna and avocado mixed with Greek yog.
Meal 6 2 pb jam sandos on sprouted grain bread and cottage cheese
 
Looks good.

Make sure to get some blood work done 4-5 weeks into your cycle. This will let you know if your gear is legit, and will help you dial in your Adex dosage.
 
7 lb up beginning of week 3. Pinned first HCG shot, workouts are getting more and more intense each time, right now kind of thinking and deciding maybe adding masteron prop after I drop t bol after week 6 and pin 100mg eod for 6 weeks till the end of test cycle, since summer is coming figured looking leaner wouldn't be too bad;)
