What I had in mind was the following:
10 weeks of Test-E running at 500mg per week. 1 shot of 250mg on Monday and second on Thursday
2 weeks after cycle ends I start my Pct
2 weeks after last jab:
Clomid 100mg for first week per day.
then for 2-3 more weeks 50mg per day.
Nolva 30mg for 30days.
Note: for pct I only have access currently to clomid and nolva.
I'm planning on running another similar cycle 2 months after this ends and probably stick to just Test-E for the moment since its relatively cheap from where I can obtain it.
QUESTIONS!!:
1) the source I am getting it from is charging about $45 for a 10ml of test e..is this good or should I look for a local dealer?
2) how realistic is it that I can keep at least some gains say if I were to stop after 3-4 cycles yet continue strict diet and training as I have been naturally. I ask this only as a worst case scenario...as we all know crap happens and sometimes the wallet has to become tight.
3) I know how to determine my macros bulking naturally but I know it's a lot different on a cycle.
My stats are:
Age-28
height-5'7
Weight- 165 (after a long cut)
How would I go about determining th proper macros for this first run?
