*First Cycle* In Depth Log!! Starts April-18

less than 10lbs in a month bro...people are calling you massive? I need to go to your gym for an ego boost..........lol

I train 5 days a week. No cardio for now. I will start it in a week. Starting a new job....lots and lots of walking involved. I will add one day of cardio to my 5 day split.
 
I do 4 sets of each exercise. I do an incline, flat, decline. I change from barbell, dumbell, machines. I always finish off with 3 sets of cable fly's...some form. I mix it up 2 keep my body blasted....Its not good 2 get used to one excersise cause ur body grows accustomed 2 it.
 
I'm starting next monday. 30mg dbol wk1-4, test e at 500mg, and eq to finish it off. Then maybe some winny to dice up again. Also, I'm frontloading with prop, none of this 5 weeks of waiting bs. Thats what you should have done.

Are you taking anything for the dbol bloat?

Just milk thistle. Works well.
 
Mixed my HCG solution today. This is what I did. Hopefully I did it correct. Broke open the HCG amp. Injected 1cc of bacteriostatic water into the amp (it dissolved it instantly). I then put 4cc of bacteriostatic water into an empty vial. I injected the mix (1cc bac water and hcg) into the vial which had 4cc of bac water. I shook it up. Monday I will start HCG. I will be doing 7 days of approx 500iu ed.

I thouht I started some gyno but it was sunburn. I have been doing my injections in the glute but today(monday) I did it in the thigh. I did not even feel it. I like it better then the ass. it seems weird that the HCG powder from the amp was so small. I was supost 2 only use 1 amp correct? I used 1 amp, 5cc of bac water.

Do you know for sure they haven't shrunk? Have you measured them? Maybe yours don't shink as much as half the shit on this board thats been said.

I got up to 202 during my last week of dbol. Thats 189-202. 13lbs up. Bodyfat looks like it dropped a significant amount. I have been keeping my diet clean as hell and eating a shitload of GOOD calories. As I stoped the dbol my weight slowly started to decrease. Im at about 195 right now. Not all to happy about that. Somewhat depressed. I do get great stength gains when im in the gym. Huge strength gains to be honest. My veins are showing in my forearms and bi's even when im not in the gym. Its great.

In all honesty I expected alot more then I gave gotton so far. People have been asking me...what are you on man? Dude...you got huge!, whats ur routine look like? ETC... People seem to notice my gains but I dont notice them myself. I might be getting a little depressed about the whole thing. I know I gained alot of size, lost minimal body fat but am still unsatisfied. Any suggestions?
 
Also....I will be doing a show in april of 2006. This will be my first show. Im starting to think of my cycle for that. I researched my ass off about bulking cycles but never cutters. Im gona give myself some AAS rest time before I start the new cycle. That will be a whole other thread.
 
Hey, great training journal. One thing though, dont get depressed about your weight, Its how you look in the mirror that counts.

i hear ya dude.....im a little bit of a similar situation, not exactly the same but similar....i went a few weeks of eating everything in my sight and gained like 12 pounds (pretty good quality too), so then i made the mistake of tryin to start the cutting portion of my cycle (too early i think)...lost 6 pounds in lilke 4 days.....and i felt like smaller and shit...today i thought to myself "f*ck this!, im bulkin again"...so now im back to consuming like 089789790878979 million calories a day...but the truth is, even though i lost like 6 pounds, i still look better than 90% of the people in the gym, and im not small,...and im sure neither are you!.....stik with your plan bro and stay focused, eat eat eat (clean), and lift the f*ck out of those weights....good luck bro

i am going to try a national show july 2006 just for fun. after my contest in september i am going to do a very clean bulk cycle hopeing not to get over 7-8% bf on test/deca.. then i am going to cycle right up to the show on some test/tren/winny.. and maybe some eq?? my next cycle i am going to keep the same test dosage and add in deca.
 
I do look great when my shirt is off. It just feels like I dont notice the size. Some days im like....HOLY shit I GREW!!! and other get depressed. It sucks.

Don't sweat it it bro, u r up 13lbs in three weeks! 13!!!!! That's nothing to sneeze at bro! Done naturally that would have taken well over a year if not longer! U see yourself and criticize yourself every single minute of every single day..... the changes look minor to you but trust me all those compliments is what u should go by! Depression is not acceptable! Keep going to the gym, hit those weights and keep gaining!

Do you still have the lower back pump?

I'm doing more less the same cycle you do (10wks susta first 4 wks dbol) just stopped the dbol this weekend.
I really feel that lower back pump even when I'm walking. I don't think I could run 100yards either.
 
Ok everyone. First of all I must say sorry. I have been sooooo busy that I have not seen my computer for weeks and weeks. I have been working double overtime to makes endsmeet. I have been keeping my training going just as hard as the first day of the cycle. I ended the cycle last week. I started to notice less and less gains as the cycle came to an end. I am now doing PCT. I have cut out almost all fat in my diet as of now. I am still eating like a monster every chance I get. I was up to 205lbs at week 8. I started to taper down from there. My bodyfat went down a significant amount. Atleast dropped 5%. I am weighing in at about 195 as of right now. Not bad...thats about 15lbs of clean muscle not to mention my bodyfat went down a shit load. Thanks for all your support. The dark side is not as dark as I thought. :-)
 
you still bored of chicken!!

do you eat any other fish apart from tuna try to rotate salmon, tuna, cos, haddock, mackeral into the mix will tase great.

also a mrp idea:

frozen berries
yoghurt
egg whites (from eggnation- basically egg white in cartons like milk) (as many as you feel you need)
whey protein
steel cut oats

and blend try to match the whey/ yogurt/ berries up usually i go for strawberry it is easy. it tastes very good a lot better than it sounds.
