*First Cycle* In Depth Log!! Starts April-18

Musclehealth's Cycle (first) LOG!!​

Below are all of my in depth stats before I start the cycle. Starts April 18th!

-Body fat % is 11.01. Based of of a 7 point caliper measurement.
Tri-6, Chest-5.5, Subscap-15.5, Midaxi-12.5, Supraill-10, Ab-20, Thigh-15
-189.4 lbs on a pro-scale.
-Height 5'11.
-Blood pressure 122/86
-Heart rate 70.
No $ for blood tests.
All the above stats are from April 14th. I took a week off of training to help me prepair for the cycle.

History... :)
Training for 5 years but 3.5 years being hardcore. Started at about 155 lbs and gained about 35 lbs over the years naturally. Have experimented with the average suppliments. Creatine, Gluteamine, Flax, Milti Vit, protein shakes. Started to research about 2 years ago but got truly resious about 6 months ago. I have been building my cycle to perfection for the last few months. I am now comfortable with what I came up with.

Diet... :chomp:
I have a clean diet. Try to plan out to have about 6 meals throughout the day. I eat about 3,500-4,500 calories a day. Diet mostly consists of Chicken breast (average 8 ED), Tuna (plain), Spaghetti (plain), Oatmeal, Grits, FiberOne cerial, fatfree rice cakes, multigrain bread with 100% natural peanutbutter spread (ingredients of only peanutbutter and salt). Protein shakes (Muscle milk) are taken with breakfast, sometime during the day for a snack and post workout. Everything I eat I try to eat as plain as possible...no pasta sauce, no mayo. Boring but healthy. I drink about a gallon of water a day. Once in a blue moon I treat myself to a glass of orange juice (way to high in sugar). Have not touched pop in years. Dont drink alcohol.
***Suppliments---Creatine 5g, Gluteamine 5g, Flax, Multi (Twice a day)***

Workout...
I found that a 5 day split works best for me. I shoot for about 8-12 reps and always bring myself to complete failure!!I call death sets!! :evil: I always have about 1 min in between sets.
Mondays- Legs (abs)
Tuesdays-Chest (calfes)
Wed-Back (abs)
Thursday-Sholders (calfes)
Friday-Arms (abs)
Sat/Sun---Rest (possible cardio day)
During my cycle I might change it around a bit. I added calves and abs every other day because those are my most lagging parts.

week 1:dbol 30mg day. (3 times 10mg, Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 2:dbol 30mg day. (3 times 10mg, Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 3:dbol 30mg day. (3 times 10mg, Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 4:dbol 30mg day. (3 times 10mg, Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
Start HCG 500IU ED(7-10 days long), Nolva 20mg ED (7-10 days long)
week 5:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 6:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 7:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 8:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 9:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 10:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 11: Nothing...PCT starts 12
week 12: 1,000 IU HCG (3x week MWF) 20mg nolva ED
week 13: 1,000 IU HCG (3x week MWF) 20mg nolva ED
week 14: 1,000 IU HCG (3x week MWF) 20mg nolva ED
week 15: 20mg nolva ED
week 16: 10mg nolva
week 17: 10mg nolva

I have clomid on hand. Milk thistle 1000mg with each dbol.Probobly wont need it but it cant hurt to have.

Im expecting to get some nice gains from the cycle. Hopefully 20-25 lbs.

Did my measurements this morning. They are as follows....

Arms- 15R 15L------16R 15.5L
Chest- 43------44
Lats-38--------40.5
Legs-22--------22
Calves--14.25R--15.5L------ 14.25R--15.5L
Forearm-12 1/4R 12 1/4L------12 1/4r, 12 1/4L

The blue is unflexed...the red is flexed.
Note:This is after a week off of training and dieting. These are dry stats. :)
 
ALA? 10 weeks is not too long. The test prob wont kick into effect till about 3.5 weeks of the cycle. Im going with ten weeks bro.

Of course you can do what you like. On my first cycle I ran test e for eight weeks with just a bit of winny on top and got incredible results.
 
Ah, nice to see another member (like myself) post up a real critique log. Cycle looks good. One sugg. I am using tylers liver at 4 pills ed/ 2 am /2 pm. Everything is workin great. I am startin week 5 tomorrow. 10 weeks is good bro, I am running 12 weeks. What do u have for needles?
also mid cycle hcg/nolva could start midcycle (start of week 6) that is the exact midcyle. and if your doing 10 weeks, i think 7 days should be good. you coujld also run clomid for pct as well.

the only true way to know if your running a cycle too long is continually doing it when you are seeing no results other then that if your still gaining why stop taking them? especially sine this is your first cycle you will plateau at a certain weight and that's a good measure on when to stop
 
Using 22g 1.5" to withdraw, switching it out with 23g 1' for injection. I also have 23g 1.5' on hand if needed. Got a crapload.
 
I have officially crossed over!! :devil: This morning I took 250mg Test Enanthat, 10mg dbol. It went in like butter, just like everyone said it would. Dbol will be taken 3 times a day at 10mg. Each dbol is taken with 1000mg Milk thistle. Next injection is Thursday.

Questions about Dbol. How quick will I start to notice it? Can I take it with food?

Ill keep it as detailed as possible. Hopefully build some karma from it.
Breakfast---Can tuna(plain), 2 packs of oatmeal (56g carbs), Fiber one cerial (fat free milk), Flax, Multi Vitamin. Some dbol with sugar, and some test with honey. LOL :p

Split the protein up more. For breakfast, you only had 30g from tuna (assuming normal-sized can), plus a bit from the oats, but meal 3 consists of 4.5 chicken breasts. Even if those are small breasts :rolleyes: that's over 200g of protein in one meal! Waaaay too much.

I will prob be adding a shake during breakfast to even it out. I have about 8 chicken breasts a day. Sometimes more. I just love the chicken.

There's nothing wrong with eating a lot of chicken. But you have to spread them out more. 200g of protein in one meal are pretty hard for the body to absorb.

Great log MH. I'll hit you some K for details. So the 23g went in real easy? I was gonna get 25g for my cycle, but if 23g seem easy enough I will just go with those.

Its been about 10 hrs since the injection. My ass is somewhat sore. Hopefully it does not get worse. Its not that bad but its not the greatest feeling. Im sucking it up...worth the gains!

After a long day of eating and eating its finally time for bed. I worked out...I felt great. Its all mental but its great :) . My ass is sore as hell tho!!! Any suggestions for the next injection to redice pain?

You'll get used to them. Injections for me don't even hurt anymore. Massage it a bit, heat the stuff up before injecting, take a walk after.

Its tuesday morning. No pain what so ever. I figured it would be here till atleast wed but I guess not. Planning another eat-athon :chomp: today. I cant wait till the dbols start to kick in.

I bet we could make some benefitial changes........I saw your macros and your food sources, but I'm thinking we can nix and add a few things...........any cardio? once a week?
 
Here is an example of what I ate yesterday...

Breakfast--Can tuna, 2 packs Oatmeal, Fiberone(fat free milk) Flax, Multi
snack--2 mini bagels (whole grain), 2 rice cakes(fat free), protein shake
meal--4.5 chic breast, 1/2 backed potato, ham sandwich (whole grain bread)
snack--1/2 pack few pieces of cut chicken breast from bag(25g protein)
Snack--Mini bagel (fat free), Rice cake (fat free)
Pre workout--1.5 chicken bres, cut pasta(plain), flax, salami sand (whole grain)
Post workout--Musclemilk shake.
meal--2 packs oatmeal, one chicken breast, 1/2 pack "chicken pieces cut".

I will be eating alot of the "Cut chicken breast pieces". They sell them at walmart. 32g protein, 180 calories, 1g fat, 2g carbs.
I tried to eat about ever 2 hours.

My meals are basically the same for today (Tuesday). I added a little more protein for breakfast (shake) and took and went down on the 3rd meal. Ony ate 2.5 chicken breast.

Im thinking about adding a cardio day on the weekends.
 
that was my worry...wayyy too much "junk" or processed carbs.......efa's are way to low too and protein needs to be bumped...switch your oat packets, to steel cut or 100% rolled oats, switch your baked potatoe to brown rice or a sweet potatoe, LOSE THE RICE CAKES AND LOSE THE BAGELs except immidately postworkout......inveest in some udos or use anpb......cottage cheese is cheap and an incredible food, esecially right before bed or even as a midnight snack with peanuts and/or peanut butter........

Im gona bump up my protein as much as possible. Ill switch to sweet potato's and get some rolled oats. I dont eat those bagels...just had them around and easy to eat when in class. What are some other kinds of carbs you suggest?
also....is it ok 2 add a little bbq sauce to the chick? Just a hint of it.?

Based on your weight at 189 lbs. you have 21.120712 pounds of fat and 167.87929 lbs. of fat free mass (muscle, bone, tissues, organs etc.)

Measured at a facility that does that stuff.

whatever bro, I had some problems.. lol. I'm keepin up with mine kinda.
I got my 10th shot today, they get easier and easier. Dbol should be kickin in within a week. Watch out for lower back pumps... i had to stop deadliting they hurt soo much.
SO are you like me and have your your 2nd and 3rd cycle planned out? lol
 
I think I also got my first side effect. I feel full like I just drank 5 gallons of water. I just woke up and didnt drink water since I went to bed. I have never been bloated so I dont know how it feels. IM guessing just like this! :evil:
It could also be the feeling of caffeine. I never have any in my diet but the new protein shake I got Mocha muscle milk contains caffeine

Thursday. I administered my second injection today. All I can say is "what a f***ing bitch". I draw with a 22g needle and inject with a 23g. I swap out needles. It was such a bitch doing it. Whenever I tried taking the cap off the thing just took the whole needle off rather then just the cap. Any suggestions. Other then that everything went well. A little bit of test came out of the injection site. I was frusterated with it so I put 1cc of test back into the vial. Do ya think I messed up the rest of the test?
 
Starting a new job soon. I will have a little less time for food. I wna build the perfect meal replacement from proteinfactory. What do you guys reccomend for my cycle?
 
2 scoop whey
3/2 cup 100% rolled oats
3-4 packets of splenda
1tb of flax
1tb of ANPB
ice, water or milk..............blender up for a minute
 
I just got back from the gym. Today was arms day. All I can say is HOLY SHIT! My strength was like never before. I trained my bi's, tri's, and forearms. New veins all over. The dbol probobly barely started kicking in and I already feel great.
 
I posted instructions in your other thread on needle replacing, shouldn't take more than 5 seconds. Good job on the increase in strength already, I wish I could feel a little more something (2nd week of EQ).
 
:) Well...Its been almost 7 days now. I had 2 test injects and dbol at 30mg day. When will the dbol start kicking in? I thought I felt it a few days ago but I guess it was just mental? Im getting impatient. I wna get pumped. LOL.
 
The dbol for me took about a week and a half to really kick in. It hit hard though. Day and night difference from one day to the next.

Its true...after you get past your first poke all the others just get more easy. Is it ok 2 keep injecting in my butt? rotate cheeks on each injection. I got no pain what so ever. Also...I figures out how to remove the needle covers. They do just pull off. I thought for some reason they twist off. Thanks for all your help guys!

after about a week i noticed a big difference... i got stronger in everything.. its nice to finally get past some plateaus. btw tell your gf to get ready when you test kicks in.... lol i started week 6 last night... i aspirated and got some blood, but just pulled out a litle and went in.. didn;t freak out which was good

the first 5 days i gained something stupid like 13- 14 lbs... lol.. allllll water of course. what kiind of dbols u usin again?

What brand test are you running along with aboves said question about the dbol?

In general I could feel it when I walked(at school, long distances). My calves would pump like crazy, almost to the painful point. Didn't really feel the appetite boost, but I was bulking anyway eating 4000+ calories so I had to force myself to eat anyway.

Awsome. Ya...there is deffinetly no pain or huge pumps. I did get my weights up a bit at the gym but nothing truly noticeable. Ill see tonights workout and if I feel it then. Thanks.
 
I just got back from the gym. My strength is out of this world. I cant believe it. I did my chest today (weakest muscle). I flat pressed with dumbells 85lbx8, 85x8, 75x7, 75x7. I usually start with like 70 and get down to 65. The only difference is that I seem to never wna leave the gym but I run out of things to do. I dont wna overtrain so I blast myself for an hour and get the hell out. My forearms had some new veins :evil: . The dbol is great. I weighed in at 195.4lbs. Thats about 6 lbs in a week. Im sure it all water but its badass!!!

have you rechecked your bf? What is a daily diet plan like?

I didnt check my bodyfat. What do you reccomend for my %'s to be. was thinking that 50 carbs, 40 protein, 10 fat would be perfect. what do you reccomend?
 
What do you guys think about running Nolva throughout my cycle? I have a huge fear of gyno. I have always had soft nipples and it makes me kinda scared. Would being on Nolva throughout cycle be bad? Any effects when the PCT time comes?

Trust me... you'll know when the gyno arrives. Don't be like me and touch your nipples all day. I know it's good to make sure there's nothing there... but it kinda freaks people out. :worried:

Before your next inj. when you change pins (the one you inj) with,hold upright squeeze just a drop to let it run down the barrel this will help lub and make the next inj a breeze.

If the pumps get too bad Try this "Linberg Milk Thistle" From NutritionExpress.com all supplements aren't the same.

You will know when to run nova,they will get sensitive to touch,you'll find that out in the shower.


As one bro put it, don't be messing with them ,this gets you paranoid and you will make them sore!

would you advice him not running nolva until the problem occurs? Or just run it anyways to be 100%? It shouldn't hurt his gains either way.

That is the milk thistle I am using! 3 moring, 2 before working out 3 at night.. whats that like over 2 grams?? but after this week I am goin abck to deadlifting and I hope to not gedt them since i am stopping dbols after this week. Last night squating wasn't the best also..

Its hard eating the chicken breast. I am getting so fucking sick of food!!!! When the test kicks in all the hard work will pay off.
 
In addition to Milk Thistle, Why not take some Taurine supplements or am I just paranoid....They are super cheap at any vitamin store.......and they are strictly for Liver protection....take about 5grams daily....no big deal??? Then again, I am only a somewhat educated newbie, but I love the log....

Yeah keep up the log, I think I will do somewhat of the same thing with my 2nd cycle which feels like a 1st cycle because I havent touched anything in 16 months!!!

My advice....Dont rush your cycle. Wait till you got everything ya need like gear and study on the exact cycle. Write everything down so yu dont forget stuff. Get as many stats as possible before you start. Dont be another stupid neeb that says...pct? never got it and now I need it! LOL
 
Yesterday was an arm day. Got a great pump. I noticed that my muscles are stronger then my joints and bones. I was preecher curling...it felt like my bones were gona crack so I lowered the weight. In all honesty...I dont see dbol to be so strong. Well...atleast not yet. Cant wait for the test 2 kick in.

I worked my sholders today. All I can say is DAM!!! It felt like my sholders were gona pop. They hurt so bad I thought I was gona blow up. The pain was like nothing else. It hurt but I liked it after the workout. Dont get me wrong...I love pain but holy fucking shit, it hurt. Ill suck it up tho!! :-)

those shoulder workouts are killer!! i lovem/ hate em for that reason. whats the weight at bro?
 
Monday I did my chest. Before my cycle I flat pressed 75lb dumbells X10. Secnd week of dbol I did 85x8 and the 3rd week (this week) I did 90x12. Im happy as hell about it. My sholders seem to hate it tho. Im gona stick to 90 untill I feel my sholders can take it. Did my back yesterday. I pushed myself harder then ever before. My bones are staring to ache a little bit. My fingers are cracking all day because of the rown I was doing yesterday. I could barely hold the bar. My strength is again going up.

great to hear weights going up... i had to take it easy yesertday becayse my sholder is being sore... i wish i could go all out. whats the weight at?

What does your back routine look like? Long gym sessions or short?
 
I love back!!!!! Its my favorite day. Im in there about 1 hour sometimes a little less. I know its time 2 leave when I cant do anything. Back is by far my best part. I dont have a weight today...im gona do it friday. Im crossing my fingers for 200 lbs. Thats been my goal for years. LOL.

so share the routine
 
Im a firm believer in rotating excercise. Example....If I do chest workouts with dumbells then the next week I will do barbells or machines. I try to work all the combinations as much as possible. This helps against the muscles becoming to accustomed 2 one workout, it also makes it more fun. I usually start some with form of lat pull downs, seated rows,. I do a wide and open grip on each. Bent over rows are great also. I do about 4 sets each excercise. If I see I am getting fatigued early then I cut it down to 3. I always start with a different excersise each week. Seated rows seem to be my best friend. Basically incorporate everything, do FAILURE sets, drop sets if necissary. Lift with god tempo and form. Get huge!
 
Today was my 6th inject. That means that my first 3 weeks is gona come to an end soon. Hopefully I will start to feel the test kick in soon. I worked my legs today...I did more weight then normal but I got tired fast. AS long as I am tired as fuck after everything , I go home happy. Tomorrow is arms. I am noticing some new veins in my forearms. Plenty of new ones to be critical. I also noticed a little bit of acne starting to form on my back and face. I dont know if its from the AAS or tanning. I just started tanning a few days ago. Tanning usually clears my acne but makes it worse during the first few tans. After the first few it usually clears up nice. Im guessing since the skin dry's out it needs recompensates with more oil...causing blemishes.
 
bro.. sounds good.. test shold kick in next week sometime. are u doing midcycle hcg? because if u do, your gonna like the injections ed.. and a few times 2ed.. just did 2 last ngiht, but all went smooth. and i keep on askin u what the weight is at? haha, are u ignoring me?
 
na bro. I not ignoring you. I just didnt get a chance to weigh myself yet. I did last week but not this week. Ill be there friday(today) and ill let ya know. I thought I already mentioned that.
 
Weighed in today. 199.6 Thats about 10lbs in 3 weeks. Seems great to me!!! The real shit (Test) didnt even kick in yet...when it does im going to blow up. The dbol is prob in full effect. When I flex I burn...it dont matter what I flex. I feel great. The muscles get a crazy pump when I workout....my bones feel like they are going to snap. Im taking it as far as possible to go without injury.
 
Finished my sholder workout. It felt like my skin was going to explode (again). It was great but somewhat over the top. Still at 199.6 lbs. Happy with the results so far. I have niticed a considerable amount of size. Alot of compliments.
 
Its the start of the 4th week. No side effects. A little agression and sex drive but not much else. I did get some great compliments. One of my buddies said that a bunch of people were talking about me...they said "he must be lifting logs". "That guy is getting massive". :) Hell yeah...feels good 2 get those compliments. I thouht I started some gyno but it was sunburn. I have been doing my injections in the glute but today(monday) I did it in the thigh. I did not even feel it. I like it better then the ass. Ill hit the gym in a few hours. I crossing my fingers for 200lbs. Cant wait. Will keep ya guys posted.
