First Cycle: How's it look?

Hello this is my first post here. Just looking for some advice on my first cycle. I've ran PP prohormones cycles a few times, but didn't know what I was doing at the time so didn't keep gains. Been lifting around 3 years on and off, but have been very serious and dedicated the past 6 months.
Stats:
age: 18
height: 5'10''
weight: 155ish
I DO NOT WANT comments saying I am too young and need to train natty longer.
I will be eating roughly 3500 cals. per day.
My training is very good.
Here is what I have planned:

Weeks 1-10, Test E @ 500mg per week.
Weeks 1-4, D-Bol @ 25-50 mgs ED.

PCT: Have Clomid and Nolva on hand, and Arimidex on the way.
Will also have Hcgenerate and DAA.

How should I dose my Serm(s)? and my PCT in general?
How should I dose my D-Bol?
Should I take Arimidex EOD from the start? or wait to see if I need it?
Please keep the comments/advice comming, thank you.
 
Well tough shit cause you are too young and your probs gonna get banned read the rules!!!!
And 155lb after 3 year training sounds like you need a meal youth!
 
155lbs! Man I remember when I was 14. Here's the best way to lay out your cycle.

1-52 eat beef, eat chicken, eat fish then finish by shake N baking that shit and eating all in one meal.

Keep eating and lifting. BAM hardcore anabolic stack!!!

Something doesn't add up. How could you possibly be eating 3500 cals, have very good training, been training 3years and only be 155lbs..

You are nowhere near ready to take AAS and telling people you don't want to hear them tell you youre too young etc proves that you already know that your not ready and shows me your immaturity..

I've slept with way more girls then you ever will blah blah). You are nervous now because you start college in a few months, and you no longer want to be the scrawny nerdy dude.. so you think steroids are the answer, and you are ready to spend all of your open house money on anything someone will tell you that will get you jacked out your mind.

here is a 10 week cycle for you:
Weeks 1-10, Test E @ 500mg per week.
Weeks 1-4, D-Bol @ 25-50 mgs ED.
Arimidex 0.25mgs EOD
d-spark 1cap/day
HCGenerate ES 3 caps AM/2 pre-workout
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM


Bridge between cycles (needed before start of PCT): 1 week after last shot
HCGenerate - 2 caps AM/1 post workout


PCT: 4 weeks
kick start (2 weeks): HCGenerate - 2 caps AM/1 post workout/1 PM
+ d-spark 1cap/ED
Clomid 50/25/25/25
arimidex 0.25mgs EOD week 1-2, E3D week 3, none week 4
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM
 
OP, without a muscle base from a couple years of hardcore traing and eating any AAS cycle will be a waste of time. Don't rush things. Study the forums here for exercise and diet tips, then train and eat and eat and eat.
 
okay buddy you will be the first dude i ever told not to take steroids congrats!, 3 years of lifting and you still 155lbs? at 18 you have all the juice coming strait out of your nuts no need for aas, Here is what you need to do... ONE get a trainer,TWO start a bulking diet (lots of food), THREE take weight gainers, do this for a year at least no reason you cant get to at least 190bs all natty, its not your age that i have a prob with,my prob is that i know you CANNOT get diezel unless you have a good diet and training routine, you can juice all you want but, I bet you a protein shake you be back to square one 6 months after your cycle is done. NO JUICE FOR YOU MY FRIEND! please dedicate more to the gym, next year you will thank me and then i can help you out.
