First cycle, how does it look? Am I ready?

I have been roaming the elite boards for quite some time and doing the research.I want to know if I am ready to use AS. I am 6'1", 231lbs, I don't know my exact bodyfat but I barley see abs, so I am lean, 22 years old, been training sine I was 15, bench approx 525 bench and squat 575 ass to the ground squat. I was in the powerlifting game. As you can see I have been blessed with great genetics and freakish strength. I think I am ready to take the next step. I have doing research on gear and would like your opinions on this cycle, I am looking for retainable lean body mass 20lbs,strength and to lean out a little more:

1 750mg sust
2-7 500mg sust
8 250mg sust
1-4 20mg d-bol ed
5-10 40mg anavar ed
11 100mg clomid ed
12-13 50mg clomid ed
1-13 1mg arimidex eod

frontload the sust with 500mg on my first shot and inject every Sunday and Thursday except the last thursday so I can hit clomid 3 weeks after my last sunday injection.

nolvadex on hand for any signs of gyno

500g protein a day, extremely clean diet, and cardio (I love cardio)
Hit 10g of creatine with the ox, I don't hold water with creatine so it is no big deal and 1000mg of ALA for the liver, I don't drink or have any other bad habbits.

One question, I want to lean out in the last weeks of the cycle would say 35mg of winny weeks 5-10 be worth it, it seems that winny will do a number on your joints and that would be a no no on heavy bench days. How about it? If it would help getting me more vascular or "ripped" I would just adjust my lifting to less weight and more reps.

525 pounds huh. almost where im at bro. i do 805 pounds. on a light day. looks good bro. with this cycle im sure u will be able to bench half a ton. wooowiiiieeeee!!!!

btw - i squat only 225 though. sucks to be me :p
 
i broke one of my wrists last week so i had to reduce my bench to 905.... I'm disappointed as I was just about to put up a metric ton for 6 reps... We're in the same boat with squats mike, my friend, I'm working on it though...

I see you guys don't know much about powerlifting. 500+ bench is pretty common at 220+. If you don't believe go ask in the powerlifing fourm. I am sure they will enlighten you. And my squat is not really great at my weight. I am posting the facts, if you don't want to believe them that is okay. Can you guys comment on the cycle and quit with the flames. Thanks
 
yea i agree

if you can almost see abs your pretty fucken lean. im in the same boat bro same stats im 6'1 ,230. i wouldnt stack toooo much leave out the winny. if anything replace it with clenbluterol. and also i wouldent pirimid the sus. im doing 500 12 weeks think about it.
 
also i doubt 500 lbs, 500lbs is common in a 230 frame but usally there 5'6........your arms are pretty fucken long to be pushen 500 bro aint nuttin common about that
 
that wasn't a flame!!!!!!! I NEVER FLAME!!!!!!! LOL That cycle is too much for a newbie if you ask me. Especially for a freak of nature like you. Your muscles might blow up
 
IMHO, you should drop the D-bol in your first cycle. Also no need to taper or frontload Sust. Just run it 500mg/week for 8 weeks and see how you respond to it, then you can consider adding more types of AAS in your future cycles. Run OX for the weeks 3-8.

Thanks for the advice. Yea most of the 230 are in the 5'7"-5'9" range who can put up five plus. I guess I am the exception, not the rule. I am getting out of powerlifting because I am too tall, I am very comperitive on the bench, but they get me good on the squats and I get killed on deads. Being tall and deads do not mix, the shorter guys kill me.

The bench comes from years of hard work, nothing magical. I fell in love with it when I was 15 and have not stopped. You should have seen me a few years ago all chest and tris, nothing else, I looked silly. But here are a few things that have really helped me.
1. Bench Heavy- I know this sounds simple, but go with heavy weights and do 2-4 reps and get two guys to spot you, I have my training partner and another guy spot me. Work to failure .The last rep should take about 6-8 seconds with your spotter helping the bar inch along. Wait about 5-7 minutes between sets. Please be very careful, this is where shoulder problems arise. 6-8 seconds might not sound like a long time but it takes forever under the bar.
2. Heavy Dips- Get a dipping belt and put enough weight on to hit 6-8 reps, and work to failure, the last rep should be at least 10-15 seconds, keep pushing even if you are not moving.
3.Hammer Machine- Load up a ton of weight and go to it. No need to worry about spotters or controling the weight, just PUSH.
4. DB- I used to get shoulder problems but after using DB for a few months my shoulders are very stable. When benching heavy the bar used to shake, but after using DB the bar is extremely stable and my shoulder problems are a thing of the past.

These exercises have worked great for me, be extremely careful if you try any of these exercises. I cannot stress how important it is to warm up properly. Not being able to bench or do any upper body work for six months sucks because you did not take a good 10-15 minutes to warm up, trust me this has happened to me more than once.

I don't have a six pack or a four pack, I can barley make out my top two abs. I don't consider myself to be in awesome shape but I am not holding a significant amount of extra weight. Besides I don't store much fat around my waist it is all on my ass and hips.

no need to front load the sust .run 40 mgs on the d-bol. if you want the vascularity throw some EQ in there that will be great. i would save the Anavar for a bridge. IMO....
 
You guys are confusing me. Drop the d-bol? It seems that it takes a few weeks for sust to kick in, and d-bol is a great way to kickstart a cycle, but 40mg? Isn't that a bit much for a first cycle? I don't want to be bloated and not be able to run. bump to the top.
 
You want to keep lean.....

Now I know this my sound weird but since this is your first cycle I should remind you, you dont' need that much test in your system. The first cycle is were you get your most gains right? So you don't need that much stuff. Keeping lean and D-bols are antonyms. It just can't be don't. I would try front load the sust and if you can get your hand on some eq throw that in durin week 5-9, right after use some anavar, because is won't suppress natural test production, and use clomid. This will aloow you to gain some qualtiy mass, and solidify the muscle with the Anavar. Just a thought.

Your welcome on the bench tips. I assure you that your will gain a lot of poundage on your bench. I need to stress three things 1) you MUST and I cannot say this enough, warmup for at least 15 min. If you don't say goodbye to your shoulders, I learned the hard way. 2) For a few weeks this type of lifting might be extremely painful. Have you ever had shin splints? Just imagine them in your forearms times 10. You might find 800mg of Motrin your best friend after a workout. But stay motivated, the pain will pass. 3) The last rep is the most important, when the weight stops moving keep PUSHING, whatever you don't stop PUSHING. Make it hurt like FUCKING HELL and keep pushing no matter what you do. It is going to feel like you can't lift a single pound but don't give in, PUSH. Do not let spotter lift the bar off fight for every inch. Remember that last rep should last for 6 to 8 LONG seconds. I have this awesome Carl Weathers (Apollo Creed from the Rocky movies) poster in my locker that says "THERE IS NO TOMORROW" and that is how I lift. I get so jacked I can't help but have a great lift. I can't let myself or Carl down:D

I really don't want to go with deca, first I don't want to gussing if I am experiencing any progesterone sides and second deca dick scares the hell out of me.

I like number 2 but how about this:
1-8 test enth 400mg
1-8 eq 400mg
6-10 winny 50mg ed

But doesn't take a while for enth and eq to kick in? Can I use the OX to jumpstart the cycle?
 
Bro, don't get too complicated with your first cycle, you are obviously very disciplined, you'll make tremendous gains on very little gear.

No need to frontload keep the dbol in there at 15-20mg (I'm assuming you have good gear)

Test at 400mg for 8 weeks, use clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off after your cycle.
