First Cycle Help

Hello, I am wanting to run my first cycle. Here's my stats...

Age - 24
Weight Training Experience - 8 years
Body Fat % - Not sure now... In 05, it was 13%.
Weight - 143 lbs.
Height - 5'10"

I am waiting to run a bulking cycle. I would like to put on and KEEP as much weight as possible. I know it's not possible this cycle, but my goal is to get to 200 lbs. even.

Here are the steroids I have available to me...

Deca 275, Sustanon 325, Test C 200, Test P 100, Test E 250, Dianabol 10, and Dianabol 50.

For PCT and Anti-estrogen, I have the following available to me...

Clomid 50, Nolvadex 20, and Arimidex 1.

I have no fear of needles, but for simplicity, I would prefer just one day of injections a week. I know during my first cycle that I shouldn't stack many steroids, but I want the best results possible, as I am a hard gainer.

I have heard good things about Sustanon, but conflicting information on the effective dosage and how often to dose.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
what is your diet like??

u should be eatting around 6 to 7 meals a day...steroids dont really do much without a solid diet
 
I'd like to think you could get to 185 natty with a good diet and training in 8 years i think one of them is of abit most likely diet.

Well I really don't carb/calorie/fat/protein out my meals, but...

- I do eat six meals a day. One when I get up, one before I go to the gym, one when I get back, one between lunch and dinner, one at dinner, and one before bed.
- I get 120 grams of Protein a day just off shakes. I drink a shake before the gym and after, plus before bed.
- I drink a cup of milk with EVERY meal, just to get extra protein.
- My diet is pretty clean, almost no sugar except what's in the milk and shakes.
- I eat a lot of grilled chicken.
- I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

My only downfall might be that I drink a lot of water. I've heard water is good for cutting body fat percentage.
 
well i can tell you what all the experts on this site are gonna tell you. they are gonna tell you that you arent ready & that you need to get a solid diet down before thinking about using gear. and then they are gonna tell you "but since i know your gonna do it anyways" then they are gonna suggest 500mg of test(whether it be enanthate/sustanon/etc.) every week for 10 weeks.. split up into 2 injections of 250mg(1 monday 1 thursday). ... for bulking i would stack it with dbol 25mg a day for 5 weeks. but theyll probably tell you to just stick with the test for the first one. good luck!

Go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal bro and input your daily diet. It will calculate everything up for you. Then post us some exact foods with numbers (cals, carbs, proteins, fats).

Also bro, what does your training split look like?
 
Man, without a game plan for diet, you are gonna fail yourself. To be successful, 70% will come from diet, and 30% will come from training. And, you have to give both 100% effort. Get a diet together, plan it out for 7 days per week and stick with it. If your diet sucks, you will never see the results you want.
 
Remember, a diet isn't an eating plan and something you can change overnight. It is a lifestyle change that requires patience and persistence and must balance food, water, sleep and training. You are going to get annoyed that your eating alot of the same thing, your friends will call you weird when you eventually start putting strange condiments on everything just to change the taste...your going to hate the fact that some nights when your friends are just all hanging out or going out, you need to go to bed early, cause you need to be up at 530 to prepare 4 meals for work, but you will be looking like a champion while others sit back and wonder how. It isn't the power of the gear, its the power of the beholder so you should take the right steps to make it happen. You made the EXCELLENT first choice of joining this site before starting anything, now take these experienced guys advice and don't start until the calories and proper sleeping pattern are there. You will have a bad experience with gear, everyone does, no doubt...But, this way, your first one doesn't have to be.
 
You're 5'10", been weight training for 8 years, you have 13% BF and you're only 143 lbs....is this a joke?

2nd-143 pounds if pretty light, which is OK. Your 1st step is to increase the caloric intake of those 6 meals. 200 pounds is a while away.

3rd-whoever told you drinking a lot of water is bad for ANY training goals is an idiot.

You've got a while to go B4 using gear. Maybe your workout needs some fine tuning or your diet. Start counting calories and you'll probably see how little you're eating. Also why don't you post up your training routine so we can see if that's where you need to make changes.
