First cycle- Critique please

I appreciate your statement WolfpackAlpha. Do you think I am 17% BF? Or was my guess wrong? As stated in this thread. Until coming to this site, I had never heard of SARMS. Im assuming they are still being used in Australia and I'll have to start from scratch researching them. I know we cant talk about suppliers and what not. But a simple yes or no will suffice. Is there are a website out there that will post to AUS as a decent price?

Www.sarms1.com ships to Australia on a daily basis... Read my sarms articles here... www.evolutionary.org/sarms... Sarms are used heavily in Australia... I get countless emails and pms from guys there exploring them... You are going to put yourself in a much better position to run a cycle by using them to get you in the proper condition and easing your body into this lifestyle...

Dude, why would I take a shot at all younger people? I'm not some old sod yelling to get off my lawn! lol Many of my good friends and associates are almost half my age.

And I have no desire to insult you. I'm just giving advice. As you said, YOU DON'T WANT TO do what I suggested. That's fine. And that's the problem. You want what you want and you don't really want advice. So why ask? To hear what you want to hear? I don't play that game.

And not for nothing, you look like you hardly work out. You have a nice frame, but fuck, you're 21. Ride a bike and play some basketball and you can be in shape.

I won't even get into all the presumptions you're making that are off base. Best of luck.

I'm sorry if it came off that way. It wasn't what was intended and I do appreciate any feedback or information given. Your suggesting I take a short dbol cycle? Im misunderstanding somewhere?

Also with the PCT, I would love for you to tell me where I am going wrong? I did look up one of your previous threads about a 6 step pct. And to be perfectly honest with you. Ive never heard of half the shit you talked about. So again, I will need to do more research BEFORE I start AAS or SERMS.

To say I barely workout is unfair. I dont want to ride a bike or play basketball. The gym is where I want to spend my time. I want to progress in the gym. I started at 50kgs when i was 17/18. To say it looks like I barely workout is a bit of a killer.....
 
I think you need to investigate some more training techniques. Up the intensity. Try some supplements -- UNLEASHED, BRIDGE, GEAR, - how much protein do you take in? And yeah, if you want to try steroids, take 20 mgs of dianabol for a few weeks and you'll get a feel for what they do. But honestly, I don;t think you're ready for even that. You can still make a lot more progress. And the sooner you start using steroids, the less progress you'll make over the long run.

I do a 5 day split, low reps and heavy. Usually 6 reps.
I have been under the impression going heavy will build more muscle but maybe I should drop the weight a bit and up the rep range and muscle concentration?

Protein on my bulk was around 300g. Maybe overkill but thats just what it happened to be to fill in calories.

You mention supplements -- UNLEASHED, BRIDGE, GEAR.
By gear im assuming you dont mean actual gear/steroids. These are 3 supps I have not heard. I will research them later tonight after work.

Based on what has been said and the photos I've linked. Can you give me some sort of guidance or vision as to what my next goal should be? Should it be to go on a cut, lose BF to a certain %? Not sure if it matters but our summer is almost over in AUS.

Im sorry we may have got off on the wrong foot. That comment about looking like I barely lift tho hit a bit.

I didn't mean you look out of shape. You look good. But there's just a lot of room for growth without resorting to drugs.
