First Cycle Advice!

Hey guys, i am new to this forum and this is my first post. I am about to get ready to do my first cycle, and would like advice from you guys!

Week 1-2
250mg of Test E
week 3-10
500mg of Test E
Week 11-12
250mg of Test E

I do have exemestane on hand. I was curious if you guys think i should take it ED, EOD, or only on injection days? Also I have read alot on the proper amount to take, and not sure what protocol I should take.
As far as PCT I do not have one on hand. I wanted to hear what you guys think is the best PCT to take for a first timer?

- Run the Test at 500mg a week, split into 2 injections, for the entire 12 weeks.

- Run the Aromasin from the start. Start with 12.5mg EOD, then adjust as needed.

- You should have your PCT on hand before you start.

Thank you guys for your responses. My stats are: 5'5 weighing 175, at 10% BF, and 23 years old. Currently compete in Natural shows, and am looking to move up to the big leagues.

Run the test for 12 weeks at 500mg. I would also consider an oral kickstart to the cycle as well. Dianabulk would be perfect for adding size. You also need an AI and proper cycle support in there. Here is how I would run everything.

1-6 Dianabulk 3 caps per day
1-12 Test E 500mg per week (250mg twice per week)
1-12 N2guard
1-12 aromasin 25mg EOD
