First Cycle Advice

I am about to start my first cycle in January and I want some advice. I'm doing this cycle to push me ahead in my sport. my stats are

Age: 22

Height: 6"0'

Weight: 235

Bench: 395

Squat: 550

Clean 360

Snatch: 285

Body Fat: 13%

I preferably want to get my clean and snatch as high as possible while I'm on the cycle. The goal is to keep as much as the gains as possible once I am off.

100mg Anavar ED

100mg Proviron ED

100 CC Test Prop per week

My diet is as clean as I can afford. I would say my ratio is about 40:30:30 Carb: Protein:Fat. I would obviously up my protein intake when I am on it. I preferably want to drop under 10% body fat and keep my fat around 240 or under.
Any Advice would help.
 
How long are you running each?

I mean 100 mg per week. Just enough to keep my test up when natural production shuts down.

And I am running each for 8 weeks and then PCT:

Week 1 100 mg Clomid plus 40 mg Nolvadex
Week 2 40 mg Nolvadex
Week 3-4 20mg Nolvadex
 
You need to drop the nolva, if the test is only to keep u from shutting down pick up some hcgenerate, or run the test and take advantage of the gains you can make with it. While running and oral u need some lipid support also. So run some n2gaurd also. And for pct pick up some post/unleashed as they will help you body start producing its own natural test again. Also if it were me i would run the Anavar at 80 for a couple weeks then up it to 100.
 
What is Post/Unleashed?? Would you say I should also have a cortisol blocker on my PCT?? Also should I go 4 weeks 80 mg Anavar and then move up to 100 for the last 4 weeks?
 
I suggest u wait...still too young and u lack the dedication, Cuz your response on anavar clearly shows u havent done your homework. Learn some more and do them when ur $ aint an issue.

I don't think dedication is a problem since I have been training for 4-6 days a week, 10 months out of the year, for 8 years. And I have done a lot of research but that's why I have posted this thread because it's hard to put all the research into applicable information. I turn 23 in April and have found no matter how much harder I work I am getting small gains. And money is problem I can't get around.

Bro, I just dropped 1,000 maybe a little more on my cycle now... You need money to cycle correctly. Number two, not being a dick, you need to start asking questions and finding out more about what your doing. Sound like your lacking a lot of knowledge on this. Search the threads for what your doing and keep reading and ask questions on this thread based on what you read. There is a lot to know when injecting hormones bro. If it was easy, everyone would do it... Right? There is a reason they don't. One wrong move and your ass could be in a doctors office every other week for life. Not saying that will happen. But it could and at 22 who needs that headache. If your gonna do something like this do it right or not at all. You can't half ass this and right now your left cheek is hanging out. Don't be stupid and put a needle in it. Your clearly not ready. I know that cause u just said u were gonna use nolvadex. Your lacking EVERYTHING you need for a proper pct and that shit is the most important part of cycling. Read up...

What should I use as a PCT?? and the first month I rest and recover from the long season and the next month I run and start conditioning.
 
Then what would be a good post cycle? and the first month I rest and second month I run and start conditioning.

Anavar 60 mg day first four weeks then bump to 80mg day last two weeks if you feel good on it.

first off, fuck your successful/impressive bench press BUD.

but where is your dead lift? ps the above is a compliment, I have never gotten mine to my knowledge about 245, no clue why, anyways, just noticed your prop is def not 1 time a week, you realize its ester is fast acting? like in that one day?

and why the proviron? ditch it, something tells me you are going to dry your joints out. like crazy
 
I dead lift but only every once and a while. Never been about maxing for it though because of the Rick vs. Reward aspect. They are a great workout but can really fuck you up with one wrong move and not a very athletic movement. I'd rather just Clean and Jerk. I'm taking the proviron because I've read it working well with test and var and it leaves more free flowing test in your body. And I know the prop isn't one time a week but I don't want to take more than 100-150 mg per week. For several reasons. 1 I don't want to get huge because I'm already a pretty big guy and if I get a lot bigger out of no where it's going to be very noticeable. 2 I want to keep most of what I gain and I hear that var is really good for that while test you drop a lot of weight and strength once you are off of it. Even with a good PCT.

thats sort of true... what it boils down to for keeps is how well mapped out and timed your pct is, great diet, and consistancy in the gym... gains on var for me were veryyy easy to keep, until i fucked my diet up.. then it packed on quick... there are going to be losses, so face that fact now... how much is up to you but no question there will be losses.
 
Noodles laid out a great looking cycle very similar to what I will be starting in january. I'm going to be running Test E at 300-400 a week and the going to run the var at the back end of my cycle. Diet and training is key. Sounds like your training is in decent shape so the thing we dont know is your diet. But if you stay on track with your training and a clean diet you should be happy with the results.

That is if your set on running a cycle. When waiting a couple more years would be a good idea also, but I know how you feel.

8:30: 5 eggs, with cheese, spinach, other veggies, and toast (Daves Killer Bread)

10:30: Brown rice, chicken, avocado, spinach.

12:00: Snack Almonds

1:00: PB&J Sandwich

3-7: Practice

7pm: Protein shake

8:30: Veggies, Ground turkey, Pasta, Toast.

10:00: Same as morning smoothie.

That would be an average day of meals for me. Some days I work out twice a day but usually I can only fit in about one workout a day with school and commuting.

Run with what i laid out for you above... that will work great for you in just 6 weeks...
 
I was also thinking about adding Masteron to help block estrogen I've read that it works better than Arimidex for that purpose. Or do you think I should just take Arimidex? And also adding Dostinex (Cabergoline) about .25mg twice a week. Read that it's good to help increase skill in a sport. And HCG to my post cycle? What do you think?

That statement is why a person's dedication is questioned. I'm not saying this is the case with you, but it generally reads "I don't wanna work, I want a quick fix."

It makes absolutely no sense, juicing a serious commitment and too many people take it wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too lightly...

On top of that you're suggesting adding more juice (mast) MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. Aromasin should be your AI.

Keep it simple, you've gotten some good advice in this thread...

I want noticeable difference in body fat and strength as I have already said in the thread. And I've been working hard my whole life. Question your own work ethic before you question mine. All I'm asking for is advice. I'm going to juice regardless cause I have thought this over for several years so you might as well give me some good advice and not your pointless criticism.

EZ said what I already suspected... Your all over. You need to sit and decide if aas is for you. You ARE going to grow noticeably and you ARE going to have to commit not only 100% but more like 1000% and the pct ups and downs are grouling and sometimes depressing. There is more than Just physical commitment and dieting. There is a mental commitment as well.

Didn't see this before my last post. Run the cycle I laid outfit you and you will get what your looking for. Initially your going to gain size. On cycle, with proper lifting and diet you might hit 20... After losses in pct depending on how quick your levels stabilize you should be in the 10-12lb gain and loose some worthless body fat. Keep the diet clean, carbs in check and cardio on a reg basis with some sauna and you will be where your trying to be.
Don't think for a second tho no one is going to notice. They will.

Thank you noodles 1010 I will do that. And I understand EZ I appreciated the criticism and I will try to keep an open mind when I'm on here. People have assumed I've been on juice for almost 6 years. So they can think what they think cause they will believe whatever they want regardless. And if people notice good but I do this for me not for them.
 
No one should assume anything, the title of your thread should tell them that. Remember better safe than sorry; start right from the 1st cycle you're golden......
