First Cycle Advice/Log

So basically I've been lifting for 4 years, and always kept lean from early on. Then about a year and half ago I decided to bulk up if you like whilst staying lean enough although not as lean as previous.
All going fine until about 6/7 months ago when I dislocated my shoulder at kickboxing which also damaged my rotator cuff but luckily didn't tear. Total recovery time was 3 months. A week back into lifting again and I broke my ankle at football which also strained my ligaments but again no tears, with another 3 month recovery time. Weight is down to 193 pounds, with what I can only estimate to be 15% bf. My plan is to get back into lifting and kickboxing for the next 6 weeks to readjust to training again and get a strong diet back in place.
Hopefully not going to get flamed (think that's the correct term) or atleast not too much. But the reason for hopping into a cycle after coming back from injury (for anyone wanting to question it, which I don't mind) is that to see a drop in Performance, visuals/aesthetics and then not being able to train for so long has got me down (not exactly depressed) but still not the greatest feeling you could have to be honest.

Planned cycle:
Week 1-10 Test E 250mg x2 pw
Week 4-10 Arimidex .5mg 3x pw
PCT:
Week 12-16 nolva 40/40/20/20
Week 12-16 Clomid 100/100/50/50

As I said before, I would love as much critique and guidance as possible on this. As although I've researched for a long time (love a good read), they'll always be something I won't know.

Planned diet: (won't detail actual meal planning, because it can be boring to read, although I can if you guys want, will just put macros for now)

Protein: 270g
Carbs: 300g
Fat: 80g

As for before pictures, I haven't really got any proper ones per se, just ones sent to the girlfriend hahaha *kill me now*
There are 3 photos, one where I said I just stayed lean and the next two are after my partial bulk up. Will make sure to take proper photos during and after the cycle to spare myself the embarrassment from something like these photos LOL
 
Looks good. I'd take like 3 months back before starting though. 6 weeks seems like to little although from your pics your ready.
 
Thank you :) Will definitely bear that in mind and see what I'm feeling like after the 6 weeks and whether I need 6 more
 
I'd also look into some natty test boosters for pct and maybe some Osta. Doesn't cost that much and it can help preserve gains.
 
Cheers for the replies guys, as for osta and hcgenerate, it's the first I've heard of them tbh so had to do a little research. Won't actually discuss prices because I don't think I can, but for what hcgenerate seems to be and for the price, I can get hcg a lot cheaper (hope this doesn't come across as disregarding any advice because it's definitely not :) ). Any thoughts?
 
Ahh right cheers. Thought it was just me, I'm from England btw, thinking that majority on the site are from the US, so pricing could've been different.
 
Just a quick update, haven't been on here for a while. Wasn't planning on taking anything else (when I start in 2/3 weeks), but got dbol for free, only 100 tabs at 10mg. Was thinking of a possible kickstart? And if so, anyone have a possible dosage in mind, I've read 30mg is plenty, but thought I'd get some opinions.
 
If they are good dbol 30mg is plenty.. pick up some liver support if you don't have any.

Natural test boosters and OTC boosters are crap. Save ur $ and run serms on ur pct

I used to think that but some actually do work.. not like being on test but definitely better than SERMs only

Right so yesterday was the start. Pinned 250mg into the glute and took 3x 10mg of dbol throughout the day. Instant feel good placebo effect, went on to train shoulders and traps, had an unreal session. Will keep you guys posted, dead excited about seeing some changes

Thing I notice with dbol is for the 1st 2weeks you will feel great and have unreal training sessions but not much in the way you look and then by week 3 your seem to have put on 10lbs over night. People are looking and veins are popping and it just drives you harder and harder in the gym.. Dbol has a very special place in my heart. Control estrogen and bloat will be minimal. You will feel great with dbol and test.

Yeah really looking forward to the dbol kicking in :) I'm sure I can see the slightest of slightest differences but it must be in my head haha
Another update btw, second pin today, left glute. Felt the needle a lot more today then I did with the first, which literally went straight in, knife through butter basically. Done legs yesterday so could this have had any effect?
Also, when I drew the needle out blood followed, 2 or 3 streams which was a little shock. Aspirated aswell and no blood came back, so I'm guessing I just nicked a vein? (Won't die hopefully)
 
When your withdrawing the needle pull out a few mill. Stop. Pull out a few more. Stop. Keep doing this until the end.. If you pull it straight out you will get a trickle of blood.. that's what happens me..

Cheers for advice there bonacris. Thinking back to it, I did just inject then pull out, no delay or anything. Must've just slipped my mind. Also am I the only one that looks forward to pinning?
 
3rd pin today. No bleed like the last pin.
Was away this weekend at a wedding, still managed to train as there was a decent gym in the hotel. Diet wasn't so great though unfortunately. Managed to hit all macros but wasn't as clean as I would've liked, drive thru mcds on the journey there and back, but other than that, at the hotel food was fairly clean enough.
Got handed a pint by my girlfriends dad and then her uncle too, so couldn't say no for obvious reasons. Just these 2 pints throughout the whole weekend, didn't wanna drink at all, especially as I'm on dbol too. The only saving grace I can think of was; that it was only 2, they were atleast 5 hours after my last dbol tab of the day, so as they're both broken down through the same pathway I was hoping it wasn't too much of a strain on the liver.

Just another quick note, quite a few views, not many replies, I don't mind any questions or chat. So don't just lurk about :)
 
A pint or two won't hurt.. you need to enjoy your life as well. I find a few drinks usually hurts my training for the next few days but don't make a habit of it

It didn't affect training or anything. Nowhere near enough to give a hangover or anything.

Started to get lower back pumps, shin splints and then got these horrible posterior delt cramps in ydays session. Literally fucked the session for me. So got some taurine today, gunna be taking 6 500mg tabs a day. Also going to start Arimidex today aswell
 
High BP!!

Went to the gym today and got my bp checked. It was before my workout, but I did take a 10mg dbol tab, .5 adex and 1.5g taurine an hour before.
BP was 164/82. Any thoughts? Should I be worried or adjust anything?

Alright chaps
Been a long while since the last update. Midway through my exams atm which is why I haven't been on, got two left and will be free then in 2 weeks :D
4 weeks into the cycle today, which makes it the last day of the dbol kickstart. Upped the dosage from 30mg a day to 40mg for the last two weeks.
No major sides after I introduced the taurine, which was a lifesaver, no more debilitating pumps. Just the odd cramp whilst I'd be chilling out here and there. Nothing major.
Bit disappointed in stopping the dbol, really enjoyed it, but it was only a kick start so hopefully I'll notice the test kicking in now, if it hasn't already.
Weight is up, no doubt some water weight, although I don't look watery or anything of the sort. I'm at 209 now which I'm very pleased about. It's also been noticed by friends and family which is also a great feeling.
Strength is up too. Starting to push past what I was at before injuries, but also being careful with ligaments/tendons etc and letting them catch up too.

Ohh yeah, tiniest bit of acne coming through on my shoulders at the sides, nothing really out of the norm looks wise. Used to have it a few years ago so not too bad. Will be hopping on the sunbeds anyway so that should help.

Quick question if anyone feels like answering, anyone had experience with mt2? If so, what's your thoughts, worthwhile or just stick to sunbeds as usual
