no shit.........hey geneticfeak, your physique is good but i can't get over how old you look for your age. looks like your hair is falling out and overall you don't look very healthy. i have been in the game for a while now and have never seen anyone look so unhealthy in the face as you do, take it easy

how can you tell me all this from one pic of my face? i had some hairwax shit in my hair which made it look thin, i never really spike it either. My face probably looks old because i was so worn out from posing by then. i entered more classes than anyone else in the competition and i was the youngest one there. let me throw up a different face pic...

i started dieting 12 weeks out from my show. i would consume 100mg carbs monday and tuesday, then cut all carbs wed through fri and depend on fats for energy. on weekends i would carbup. the last 2 weekends before the show i went no carbs until carbing up 2 days prior to competition. dropped 30 lbs.
