Thanks guys. In week 9 of this cut and look leaner in the mirror. Not sure of % at this time but I know it has slowed signifigantly. I am at 190 and have readjusted my cals to 2000 daily. I feel to get fully ripped I'll need to be around 185. Hopefully from there I can go on a nice slow bulk over the winter and spring and not put anymore than 1 or 2 % fat back on. My goal is 200-210 around 10% This I know will take years. I feel pretty thin for 6'2. My arms need to go from 16 to 18, chest from 43 to 46 and quads from 23 to 25. at this point though I am glad I finally decided to cut. My TRT has been going well, just had bloods done and my doc says it looks great. Maybe a blast after my cut is finished. Here are a few pics from today.
