currently 6'5'' 254lbs im guessing 9-10% bf..

these pics were taken on a camera phone.. and i have to admit the quality is poor.. in about 3 weeks im gonna get my gf to take some better pics..with my digital cam.

the back and leg pics are unflexed, these are all cold unpumped.. kind of a waste but hell who cares.. the real ones go up in a few weeks .. subscribe and check in

its been a hell of a run

all my lifts have gone up dramatically ..

about to enter into a vicious PCT, with hcg clomid nolva igf to retain these gains.. and get geared up for another! haha.. thanks for all the info over the past few months bros

forgot to mention, ive ran AIFM throughout.. and switched around from aromasin on lighter parts of cycle to letro on heavier times

honestly.. i did nothing but eat everything in plain view.. and supplemented with weight gainer/high calorie protein shakes in between meals..

im lucky to have a good metabolism.. i can eat whatever and still keep my abs.. though i have put a little pudge layer on top of them, which im hoping to burn off during PCT

all i know is my calorie intake was around 4k, it could have been higher but i work in a mall.. so 2-3 of my meals are some sort of fast food..chikfila mostly.. baked potato, or id go to lubys and spend about 20 bucks on food.. haha..

i think that might be more correct, its hard to gauge though because i dont have much to compare to.. caliper readings are shit, i was getting liek a 7.2 before i got on this cycle, which i dont think was possible..

when i post up the digital cam pics well all have a guess at it..

i could fuck for like 6 hours on that deca only cycle.. its when i first met my gf.. id fuckin WEAR her out.. and the next day wed both be so tender and raw that we couldnt wear clothes.. after like 2 months being off it kind of went back to normal..

i ran this cycle almost a year after my deca only mistake..

i think my bf was around 9% before i got on, but i only weighed like 215

this ones funny.. abs.. i dont do abs haha

It's always hard to tell. I always judge myself higher than what I really am just because I hold 99.9999% of fat in my love handles and lower stomach which does not give a flattering apperience.

ya.. i was thinking i was going to follow this with a cutter.. but bulking is so much fun. i think im gonna run another bulker then maybe last 6-8 weeks drop the cals, change the compounds up and get sliced up

i want to reach 275.. around 8-9%.. might be hard.. i hope to come out of this cycle around 250.. gonna run igf 4 on 4 off 40-50mcg PWO til i get enough time off.. and get blood results back..

That cycle looks good there. You're pretty darn lean so I'd keep bulking. But this next 18 week cycle is pretty much exactly what I would do for a 2-phase run. Good luck.

i know theres alot of igf threads goin around, but your in your mid 20s..

how do you run your igf, am then pwo dose? bilatteral injections?

i am thinking about just doing it PWO, since i keep hearing that the actual half life of lr3 is around 25-30 hours.. and site injections seem unimportant since the igf basically makes its way to the receptors that were worked that day no matter where its injected..

You're right about the IGF-1. Dose immediately pwo only. That's when the IGF-1 receptors are up-regulated that most. I've tried pre-workout, and to be honsest that's when I got the best pumps, but I was chasing the shot with 100 grams of carbs. Eating that much complex carbs will give anyone a pump. I've since gone to pwo pins. I'm currently on GH as well, so I only pin IGF-1 3-4 times a week (I train 6 days a week), using 60-80 mcg each pin. With such a dosing schedule I can get away with running it for a while, but when you go to ED you really should go 4 weeks on with at least 4 weeks off. This current run will take me into PCT, and then i'll cycle off it for a bit.

As far as what works better it's hard to say. IGF-1 gives you some cosmetic results faster (pumps, fat loss) than GH does, but the real reason we use these compunds is for hyperplasia, and there's no way you can see that in a short period of time. IF i absolutely had to choose only one to use, it'd be GH. It's tried and true, has some other added benefits (improved skin quality/increased elasticity, better sleep), and the generics can be had for the same coin if not cheaper than a good vial of IGF-1.

i had THOUGHT my gains had stalled, but now 16 weeks in and im still gaining weight it has to be the eq because its just slow steady weight gain.. and still seeing new veins come in.. i hope after the next 3-4 weeks to get as close to 260 as possible.. i just added in var 75mg ED to run up to PCT to get some added vascularity before i get off..and end up after pct around 250..

beachstud, honestly i think that i have narrow shoulders.. i swear i have bigorexia.. i still feel small.. i have to break the scale to feel like ive done anything..

once i break 450 on flat bench ill be happy.. enough to go for 500.. haha

i do have some laggy parts.. calves for one.. dont even start with me there.. they never grow.. my biceps could use some work.. forearms still lagging.. HELL everything could use improvement, im a perfectionist

I love it dude! bigorexia. It's actually called muscle dysphormia I think. I know exactly what you mean. I'm obviously no hulk at 5'9" 185, but I was only 160 6 months ago! Friends and co-workers have all commented at least once, but you know what? I still look in the mirror and see only what needs improvement.

It's great to hear someone who looks like you cry about how "everything could use improvement." We have a disease bro!!

im 6'1 at 210 but just being 6'5 would be bad ass. I would be playing basketball for some college. And plus, you have that fealing of knowing you can woop most peoples ass's throughout your days.

Just make calves a priority, and train them heavy with perfect form. The most important thing to keep in mind when training calves is to focus on the contraction, and try to hold it at the peak for a second. Personally I train calves 3 times a week with 12 sets each session. I used to think it was overkill but I have no problem recovering. Maybe it's the 2 grams of gear and GH, lol.

You guys are blowing this Deca thing waaaaay out of proportion. I have made some nice lean gains with deca over the years at around 300-400mg a week, of course with Test base. No sides and very little DD. Most of DD helped me by keeping me from gettin off to quick! :chomp: .......lol

Yeah, Deca dick never really took hold of me where I couldn't get it up, but it made for lots of 1-2 hour dirty, sweaty, raw fuck-sessions.

thats hilarious.. for like the first hour.. its great.. once she gets off a few times.. its just like.. I'm the same on this cycle of Test/Eq. We're doing it at least 2x a day and I want to blow in like a minute. I even came the other night with her on top which is a miracle for me.

last 2 glute shots i got big lumps from the injection.. i did a quad last night.. hopefully the lump doesnt appear there.. that might hurt

i think my muscles are tired of being prodded and poked and massaged and heated..need a break

You are using 25G pins aren't you?

I used to use 22G b/c my buddy told me to. I ALWAYS had pain, sometimes crippling. Now that I switched to 25G, I don't notice a thing.

25gauge 1 inch for glutes, 5/8inch for delts.. 1 inch for quads..

i only get lumps in my glute and delt.. i dont know why.. i thought it might have been because of the volume, but i used to do 2.5ccs in my delt and feel nothing but slight soreness the next 2 days..

now i shoot 2 ccs of test/eq in there and WAMMO a big swolen painful lump..

i think its just my body telling me something but who knows..
just makes me worry when im gonna switch to prop/tren for an upcoming cycle.. ED sticks might fuck my shit up bad.. who knows.. maybe its just scar tissue from 18 weeks of E3d and EOD injects.. gives me like 1 day off a week..most times 2 shots a day..

Oh shit. No wonder. Yeah all I've done is Enanthate, Deca & Eq. All of those are e3d at most. You're like a walking pin cushion dude!
 
i just got some GHRP-6 and IGF in.. im about to give them a shot.. that ghrp is supposed to increase apetite like CRAZY.. but i dont know how much more i can eat.. 800mg of EQ is torture on yoru stomach.. constant hunger pains

Actually, I was just thinking today about that, I haven't really experienced the hunger everyone talks about on Eq. In fact, I've been eating a lot less frequently on this cycle...

Guess I'm weird or something.

honestly i didnt feel it til like week 11.. now i can eat, and 45 minutes later my stomach starts hurtin from hunger.. and i get all fatigued feeling.. like i havent eatin in hours.. its so strange..

anyone have experience with ghrp and igf..

i was thinking about running igf 4wks on 50mcg PWO, then ghrp 300mcg ED before bed 4 weeks, then cycle the igf back on 4 weeks.. until i hit my next cycle..
 
any sample cycles using igf-1 lr3 and ghrp-6 together.. im planning on running these peptides until i cycle back on.. a few bros on another forum are having amazing results with the ghrp.. 10-15 pounds in 5-6 weeks of just ghrp use.. with fat loss..

anyone have input on what would be the best way to run the two together

same here.........i never experienced the increased appetite or anxiety than some people do when on eq.

You'd probly get more response if you started a new thread on that topic. I don't have any experience with growth hormones, nor do I know anyone who does.

i hopped on 75mg anavar to close it out.. and jesus christ im getting painful pumps just brushing my teeth.. dead lifts.. omg my fuckin lower back wouldnt UNCLENCH

i think its a combo of the eq pumps and anavar its kinda painful, but definately feels good when doing bis.. feels like i gain 2 inches during a workout

Dude I always get those in my Bi's. It's kinda scary actually because you're not sure when it's going to let go. I'll get them in my lower back too if I'm doing lb extentions. I even get 'em when I'm doing my lady that same night too. he he.

wk 1-16 eq 600-800mg EW
wk 1-4 dbol 40mg ED
wk 6-14 npp 500mg EW
wk 9-12 dbol 50mg ED

its been a hell of a run

all my lifts have gone up dramatically ..

about to enter into a vicious PCT, with hcg clomid nolva igf to retain these gains.. and get geared up for another! haha.. thanks for all the info over the past few months bros

forgot to mention, ive ran AIFM throughout.. and switched around from aromasin on lighter parts of cycle to letro on heavier times

what do you guys do to put some size on your calves.. SYNTHOL HERE WE COME

Don't stop when it burns, i never saw any size or anything on my calves til i started doing that, even when it hurts so bad just keep going and doing partial reps if you can, if your able to get another rep . . do it. The idea on calves is to try and pump them up, get blood in them, anotherwards do several sets, i do around 5 to 6, go heavy and don't count reps, just go til you can't anymore, then rest and put less weight on and go into the 25 rep range and do more if you can. Really focus on the muscle being worked, feel the muscle and keep form good. Another way to get calves well developed is running hills up and down them, it'll hit it from every angle you want. On your workouts, do semi stretched position, it works beyond beleif. It is when you don't go all the way up on the positive part, only go lightly above the midpoint, don't rest at the top and bottom of the workout, same pace the entire time, no rest. In the end i think semi-strecthed will really help you, it made me finally grow, don't reach the peak go partially up.
