Final revised first cycle

After revising my first cycle a few times after getting such a diverse response of what I should use besides test , I have decided to go with the equipose for 10 weeks with test enth. and not the dbol for the kickstart with test because of the more pronounced side-effects (especially on the hair and liver) and less quality muscle in the end . I feel the outcome of the equipose and test would fit my goals (since I need to gain about 40-50 pounds of muscle/weight that can stick with me the best with only having enough time to do a max of 3 bulking cycles) . I can only do 10 weeks of equipose due to supply conflicts unfortunately, but it should stay in my system for an extra few weeks so that should help right? .
Everyone has been very helpful and I appreciate it greatly....I now just need one finally look-over to make sure everything is okay for my first cycle and I have one question about hcg at the bottom.

The cycle:


weeks 1-12.5 arimidex at either .25 or .5 mg?


weeks1-10 500 mg of test. Enanthate, 250mg shot on mon and another 250mg shot on thursday each week doing this

weeks 1-10 equipose 400mg(200mg shot on tuesday and 200mg shot on friday)

HCG: during the end of my 9th week I begin HCG the day after my last 200mg shot of eq on the 9th week(so saturday for 1000iu once a week and continue with the arimidex at either .25 or .5mg

week 10 - HCG 1000 iu on saturday (one shot) continue with eq and test enth. along with .25/.5mg of armidex
weeks11 HCG shot of 1000 iu on saturday , then wait 3 days from my last HCG injection(continue on the arimidex for .25/or.5mg for those 3 days) then begin PCT of nolvadex at 40mg every day
week 12 40 mg nolvadex everyday
week 13 40mg of nolvadex everyday
week 14 20 mg of nolvadex everyday
week 15 20 mg of nolvadex everyday


For hcg should I do 2000 iu split up into 2 injections for the first hcg week , and the other two weeks at 1500 or keep to my original dose of hcg?
 
I wouldn't personally plan on any anti E's during the cycle it hurts your gains. Definitely have them on hand but only use them at the first sign of itchiness or puffiness in your nips, then hit the adex. Hopefully you'll get no gyno symptoms and not need the adex at all.
What are your current stats? You said you need to gain 40-50lbs, that's a lot of muscle to put on even with 5 cycles let alone 3. How long do you have to gain the weight? Also, you said 40-50lbs of "muscle", do you really mean total weight gain?
 
The cycle is nice. Replace the Arimidex and Nolva with AIFM and Clomid. They are much better suited to cycling and PCT than those are.
Run your Eq a week shorter than the Test E. That'll help you a little with your PCT.
HCG should be 1000iu/day through week ten. Then in week 12 start the Clomid for two weeks. All the while using AIFM.

Sure they do. part of the reason for the added strength while on is all the extra water the test is going to cause him to hold. the extra strength helps him grow. Fill him with anti E's and that's going to cut down on the water retention. He's not trying to look cut and diced (in which case I would say absolutely use the adex) this dudes trying to gain 50-60lbs in what sounds like a short period of time. Fuck the anti's unless you need them bro.
 
...are you serious...anti-e's are the only thing between him and having bitch-tits the rest of his life.

anyways- I agree with ulter about switching it up to the other compounds..Nolva is not a pct, but a anti-e usually used on cycle.

looks great, just make sure you keep that protein coming.

With the amount of test he's going to take there is no way to say that adex is needed to keep him from having "bitch tits for the rest of his life". Gyno can be stopped even after it has begun and many times even after it has gotten out of hand. I didn't tell him not to ever take any anti E's, i said to keep them onhand in case he needs them. Keep in mind the goals, 50-60lbs and by the wording it sounded like it needed to be done in a short amount of time. He will gain more without the adex without a doubt.
 
Yeah I mean 40-50 pounds of weight after a cycle is over with that I can keep . I would like to get around 200-205 at 10% bf after 3 bulk cycles and a cut/athletic conditiong cycle. I"m 5'5 and 165( I need a lot of work but i started at 108 as a freshmen in college!) been working out with a trainer for 4 years at what muscle and fitness consider the best or second best gym in the nation. So, I see a lot of guys my height that are like 250+ pounds and ripped so I guess it can be humanly possible eventually? I don't need to get ripped though, just a lot of weight/muscle and still be mobile for the sport I want to try that I'm curious doing since I just finished college.

Those guys at that height and that heavy have been in the game for a while bro. To be 10% bf is a tall order also. So you need to gain 60lbs on 3 bulking cycles then loose like 20lbs on a cutting cycle to get to 200 10%bf.
Cycles that makes you gain 20lbs or more that I know of and tried is dbol/deca/test or dbol/EQ/Test at a decent dosages-dbol can be replaced with tbol or anadrol if you want.
I suggest you start eating big for starters, list heavy low rep(1-8 alternate)
and on PCT do not try to lean out but try to hold on to the weight. I mean it can be done, now it all depends on your genetics how easy or hard is going to be.
You are going to look like a oversized tick after these cycles LOL
 
Would it be okay to use arimidex at .25 every other day than daily?. I just don't feel safe without using an AI throughout a cycle because it would be one less thing to have to worry about ... I think I can get away with being about 190 and around 10% is this more of a obtainable goal within the timeframe that I have? so It would be about 15 pounds less then..

I'm going to stick with nolvadex instead of clomid since I read a lot of people having problems with the sides..

My trainer started me this week on a new routine that consists of one week of 12 reps, next week of 8 reps, and the third week at 4-6 reps , and then repeat. is this going to be a good training program to gain a lot of weight/mass? the squats and deads for 12 reps 3 sets are the worst and i haven't done that in so long!
