I know fiber encourages fat loss and maintains muscle, but does any1 know if fiber encourages LBM while on AAS? The only carbs I eat are lentils, oatmeal, and broccolli.
fibre cleans out your system and dampens absorption time, so you get the goodies for a prolongued period of time...or you release bad shit slowly enough for your body to be able to process it (ie, eating high glycemic sugar with fibre - little bursts of sugar come out, less insulin released)
