Few questions on Briefs...

I've never used squat briefs before so not sure how they are supposed to fit and work. I bought mine a while back but never used them. I think when i ordered it I ordered too small. I ordered a 29 when my waist is a 30, now maybe 31. They are the blue ones I got from Frantz.

Questions:

1) Now I know they are supposed to fit TIGHT, but these would not even go on... took 10 mins to get 3/4 way up!! I dont think this is how they should be...I have seen the way Suits go on with 2 people helping to get it on, but I dont think briefs should be this tight, right?

2) Is it possible to have them tailored to fit? Or do I have to get new ones? I know u can tailor suits, but what about breifs?

3) is there a back or front? Can't really tell if they should go on a certain way? The bottom looks like the seem is even from front to back.

4) approx. how much of a diff will they make? Maybe 5-10lbs or more?

Thanks,

If you have to use powder. But if they go 3/4 then they will go up. And they will give you lots of needed hip support. BUt worse case get a helper and powder. It will be worth it. YOu will get 20lbs out of em. Actually its hard to say, with the added support you will basically feel more comforable attacking weight you might not normally try. Tight is good!

Thanks Jay,
but can they be adjusted if needed? im not a 29 waist anymore with all this food im eating....
I haven't tried them in a month, so will try them out this week and see how they work....will try the powder too....
