Gw is awesome for females! Tell her to def take it!! I hope am going to see better results with the sarms 1 gw I only seen endurance increase with my last bottle I didn't see the fat loss everyone is talking about but it def helped with my cardio and getting extra reps and more weight I normally couldn't get in! I'll def do a log when my stuff comes in thou for your girl friend and other females to see how it goes thou because I know I was looking every where for female logs when I wanted to get into sarms

The point of GW from what I understand is the increased cardio effect which ultimately results in fat loss. Higher intensity for longer periods and you cant help but to shed body fat
