female: help with losing weight

I’m a female who’s 5’7” 185 lbs. I would like to lose weight. I’m hoping I can maybe lose 40 lbs and get good results. Do you think I should use GW and Anavar together or do you think I should be using something else?

i would look at GLP'1s. either tirz or reta. These are great options for females and males.

i think GW is the goat. 20 mg a day is great for fat loss. Make sure you combine it with fasted cardio. That's very important.

I'm a big fan of GW and Anavar for females. That's a great way to cut down and get harder. Don't use the anavar more than 5 or 10 mg especially if you're new.
