I’m a female who’s 5’7” 185 lbs. I would like to lose weight. I’m hoping I can maybe lose 40 lbs and get good results. Do you think I should use GW and Anavar together or do you think I should be using something else?

the issue with GLP'1s like reta or tirz is you gotta run them a long time. You got to push it at least 6 months and a lot of people are running them a year.

females should lose weight but it starts in the kitchen. make sure you do fasted cardio too. and make sure you eat solid!
