Female fat loss plan

I am 5 ft 8 in + 165 pounds
I would like to lose around 30 or 40 lb
I have some compounds that I wanted to run by you
Clenbuterol
Dnp
Oxandrolone anavar
Winstrol
if I would have run all four together what kind of dosing should I do

thats crazy
dont use dnp or clen you're going to have an issue

anavar 2.5mgs ed is max
and roidtest the anavar add sarms if you want

1) Zero mention of a diet
2) DNP and Clen... just no
 
You should not use steroids, consider sarms or NATURAL sarms replacements.
You will not lose 30-40lbs, unless you clean up your diet, minimum carbs, more protein and veggies

I am a 69 year old female and would like to lose 30 pounds. I already walk/run two hours a night, and lift. But I’m having trouble with high cortisol at night. I take HGH and have been for 20 years. Even though I have split the dose one at 4 PM and lift and one at night… I’m having trouble with burning fat, and maintaining muscle. I also take bioidentical testosterone and bio identical progesterone and bio identical bies. I eat yogurt in the morning, and don’t eat again until 7:00 or 7:30 PM. Mostly protein and vegetables. Never refined carbohydrates.

your eating pattern is off IMO and your whole situation needs our team to look at it

hormonal issues are a real road block with fat loss especially with fat loss so its not necessarily your fault

I agree with you. Before I came down with Hashimoto’s which was after my first child, I was a size 2. I fully expected to go back to that size, because I was already a disciplined dieter and trained and worked out.but that never happened. The battle of dealing with thyroid issues is an ongoing daily issue. So many things can affect your thyroid. I am now an armchair expert in That subject.

I like your idea about starting a new thread/log. Each individual routines are so complicated. The log actually helps you See all the surrounding details. I will consider doing that. My question now is is there anything I can do short term to stimulate my metabolism, that would not affect thyroid. For about the next two weeks or so. Not long-term.

if you post a log we can help stimulate your metabolism

how would we do it without knowing your training and diet? and lifestyle
thats why we need a LOG journal
 
you should use NONE OF THE ABOVE whatsoever.. there is such a high amount of danger with the compounds you have selected here... i would avoid them ALL! a sarms cutting stack would be exactly what you are looking for...
