Thanks for your responce. i tried the whole cycle of var...i didnt split it and so it didnt work for me. i also noticed some slight changes in my body that i didnt like. So now im scared to try anything else incase i start to change even more so?!

What were the side effects?

It is rare to have sides at 10mg a day even if your taking it only once a day.
