I guess any girl should be able to do it, presumably being a part of their biological makeup. It's more a matter of how in tune with their body they are, and how trusting and comfortable they are with their man. It's also important I think that they don't feel any pressure by him to do it, or else she probly won't. I think most girls feel like they have to pee before it happens, so you have to encourage them to go along with it.

I do think it can be developed though...just like body building...it begins in your head first.
