I can't get my delts pumped up, the rest of my body is exactly how I wanted it to look, but I'm having a hard time getting my delts defined, I do upright rows and front plate races. What other work out routine do you guys recommend me to get those delts bigger?
 
Both upright rows and front plate raises work primarily the front deltoids. It is the side deltoid that makes the shoulder look really round and defined. Most people have overly developed front deltoids because any pressing movement uses primarily the front deltoids.

Focus on your side deltoids. The best exercise for side deltoid is lateral raises. You can do dumbbell lateral raises, cable lateral raises or use a lateral raise machine at the gym.

Next time you see someone with great delts, take a good look at their shoulder development and you will see that they have really well developed side deltoids.
