Never took notice, but it stands to reason their form would be excellent.

Part of that is down to not wanting to use lots of weight so they get the most from what they use. Learn from that.

yes i do notice. females have far superior knowledge of proper form than men.

men are more worried about their egos than learning proper form.

Wuuurd. And the female body carries muscle so well. I’m almost jealous. I get a lot of motivation from females.
