IMO, for a female Anavar or Primo is the way to go.
I have personally done SARMS and found them to be a mixed bag of results. Also relative to the research that has been done with Anabolic steroids compared to SARMS, SARMS could have a lot of long term affects that just are not known yet.
As a guy I have now moved on to TRT (testosterone replacement Therapy), which now gives me a doctors note when carrying my Testosterone and pins. If you were older say mid 40's or so, I would refer you to an HRT doctor. With that said though it would be beneficial to get your blood lab work done to know where all your hormones currently sit before you screw them up with any kind of SARM or anabolic steroid. With that info when you are later in life you can take in your younger numbers and compare current and from that the doctor can determine a better HRT program for you. Just remember that once you start TRT or HRT you are on it for life!
