female anavar dosage recommendations

I’m looking for some advice when it comes to female Anavar dosage. I’m new to steroids. Never used them before. I’m 39 years old and I weigh around 112 lbs and I’m 5’1”. I can only bench the bar and maybe 5 or 10 lbs on each side. I would like to get stronger and more muscular.

females should be careful with steroids. make sure you use legit products. don't take fakes or you could have issues

i would start at 5mgs a day. that is all you need. you will get great results

sister be careful using steroids for sure. 5-10mgs var is standard for females. start there and work your way up

no reason to run more then 10mgs a day of anavar. you can also use tbol if you want as it is a bit cheaper. that will work well

female anavar dosage is subjective. some like 2.5mgs. some like 15mgs
i think that 7.5mgs is the sweet spot

i would also encourage tbol. that is a good one too. it will work well for you IMO
