Feet position on sled for muscle isolation?

What is the best way to isolate hams on a sled? quads? glutes? I know I remember reading that foot positition and seat position(inclined back rest or declined) makes a big difference in the actual muscles worked.

Thanks Cinnamon buns. There has to be more to it than that though. Feet higher than the glutes for more hamstring involvement but is there a way to incorporate more of the glutes? Which is best for the quads?

lol, your right I just think my quads are starting to take over not enough ham or glute action. Looking for a way to isolate the two. I hate sissy sqats more than any thing so that ain't an option.

just squat. Leg press alone sucks. I can throw on 1200 and rep it after doing heavy squats even for maxes like its nothing on the sled. I use leg press to burn out my legs.

The wider your stance, the more it works this inside of the thigh(adductors/vm).
The narrower your stance the more it works the outside of the thigh.(abductors/vl)
The higher up your feet are on the sled, the more hip dominant (glute/ham) the exercise becomes.
The lower your feet are on the sled, the more knee dominant(quad) the exercise become.
