I expirence this event every month. for the first 2 weeks of the month i feel tired and lazy. My workout's are just so so, and i never can go to hard or get motivated. But then in about the middle of the month i just get energized and i feel like my workouts are more intense, i have more energy, and i feel like i am gaining. Just wondering if anyone else has this happen to them. Could it be that hormone levels change in makes according to time of the month?
 
I've felt crappy all week. I am sitting here right now with my water, gatorade, oatmeal, milk, OJ, and all my lifting clothes...trying to feel good to go train.

Maybe you're just not getting enough sleep. I had a girlfriend a little while ago and she was a lot of "maintenance" which would have been fine 'cept for that i didnt really like her all that much. Anyway, i spent a lot of time with her and i was tired pretty much constantly. Now that i am single again, I get more sleep and I am feeling better.

Other than that, you say its only in the beginning of the month. Thats kinda strange, that its cyclical. Is there anything you do different throughout the month?
