I expirence this event every month. for the first 2 weeks of the month i feel tired and lazy. My workout's are just so so, and i never can go to hard or get motivated. But then in about the middle of the month i just get energized and i feel like my workouts are more intense, i have more energy, and i feel like i am gaining. Just wondering if anyone else has this happen to them. Could it be that hormone levels change in makes according to time of the month?
