Want to hear your thoughts on this. I think in the long run they can be counterproductive for hypertrophy, especially since I am not on juice(off now), the thing is I have a lot of free time and can get horny very easily, so should I pump iron 4-5 times per day/body part?

I've read how some prisoners did like 200-300, hell, even 500 push-ups per day sometimes.

U know the big dawg Rich Piana said to do 500 or even more reps but he was on cycle all time (dude was boss full of $$). Since while good workout lowers my appetite for some time (tho shake is here after it) i am not on bulk rn as i said so more important question is can they help me or even add some inch to weakest parts esp (arms/chest).

I also bought some books to read and started watching new shows to spend time on quality, but as a current neet I still have a lot of free time...

thats legit you can do 500 push ups, I've done like 3 sets of 100 before
but whats your goal now? hows your diet training? share with us whats your situation
 
overtraining is what people do historically and it's very similar to dart board dieting which is a term that I came up with

in other words training efficiently is going to be a more effective than overtraining over the long term. Rich Piana and other professional bodybuilders who over-train are on a boat load of painkillers and it's a sad situation you don't want to be like that
 
Why would you care what Rich Piana does? He's dead for a reason.

Why don't you lay out your full workout for the week?
Then we'll tell you what you need to do differently.
