Want to hear your thoughts on this. I think in the long run they can be counterproductive for hypertrophy, especially since I am not on juice(off now), the thing is I have a lot of free time and can get horny very easily, so should I pump iron 4-5 times per day/body part?
I've read how some prisoners did like 200-300, hell, even 500 push-ups per day sometimes.
U know the big dawg Rich Piana said to do 500 or even more reps but he was on cycle all time (dude was boss full of $$). Since while good workout lowers my appetite for some time (tho shake is here after it) i am not on bulk rn as i said so more important question is can they help me or even add some inch to weakest parts esp (arms/chest).
I also bought some books to read and started watching new shows to spend time on quality, but as a current neet I still have a lot of free time...
