im in the same catergory, but i think i want to start now. actually i already started. im currently 5'11" 13%bf dropped down from like 166 to 160 already. i dont want to lose too much more weight, but is it possible to lose 3% in two months?
i leave for spring break in the end of april.
im in college, so no homecooked meals, and i live on campus so we dont have a real kitchen. i have a microwave a blender and some protein powder. my diet is okay, i just dont eat enough.
i mostly snack on peanuts and string cheese and apples. throughout the day with a couple of protien shakes and usually a few turkey cold cut sandwiches. im taking xenadrine and drinking a couple liters of water a day.
any diet advice would be great, and if anyone knows how to make designer whey chocolate taste good id like to hear it. it tastes warm and thick, i just mix two scoops with 20 oz of milk.
